Kohl's — Local services in Ashwaubenon

On September 13, 2014, my husband, toddler son and myself were leaving Kohls, almost through the door when we were screamed at by an employee about an item in our stroller basket from another store. I heard from behind a woman asking quite loudly from a distance if we had paid for our item. I didn't think anything of it because we hadn't purchased anything from the store so I kept walking. The item she was questioning was a shoe box for a brand kohls doesn't even sell. She then yelled even louder in our direction so I turned around. There were so many people looking at us with rude looks on their face as if we were trying to steal from the store. I responded to the employee and said, these shoes are from Payless Shoes, I just exchanged them with a pair I had ordered online. . I’m not very very happy with Kohls at all. They really piss me off. I sign up kohl’s card charge to save more money and I never got their stupid bill statement in the mail. I was require to pay $23.56 for late fee. Never in my life I miss a payment. Thanks alots Kohl’s . You are so pathetic. Huge rip off.

I got a new Apple gift card and it won’t allow me to scan my card. I shouldn’t have to wait for 24 hour. Outrage It should work in 10 minutes The manger act like she know everything about redeem gift card but she doesn’t. I should be able to scan it after purchase. It still won’t work and I have to keep talk them three times in store. Call their company 5 times and call second parties 6 times. This is waste of time. It took 48 hours to get my money back. The staff is always friendly but the shopping cart situation is ridiculous. You can't take the cart to your vehicle! I saw a poor elderly lady having problems with the cart because it locked up and she couldn't move it at all because it got too close to the door. Then an employee had to come help her and leave his cash register. All it does is create more problems for the staff and customers. Corporate needs to change this!! Stop wasting PAYING customers time and then saying that a store associate will help you load your vehicle or you can pull up by the doors to load your stuff. All that does is create congestion by the entrance doors and makes it UNSAFE for customers crossing the parking lot there. Do better Kohl's. Not happy with how this is being...
