Spencer's — Local services in Ashwaubenon

Had a really unfortunate experience with one of the employees and I've seen a few other reviews about the same girl just being generally rude. I went to this spencers location over the weekend with my partner to purchase some jewelry and I had a few questions about my jewelry punch card and how it would apply when purchasing. They were also doing a buy 2 get 2 free sale on jewelry at the time. I had one punch left on my jewelry card on the app and was wondering if I purchased one piece of jewelry if I would be able to receive my free jewelry in the same transaction. I went to this specific employee (black hair, I did not catch her name) and immediately was met with a rude tone. They tried to explain to me how I would need to purchase 2 pieces and would get 3 free with the deal and my punch card however the way they initially explained it made no sense to me so I asked again and they started sighing and rolling their eyes at me and said the exact same thing as they had before, which still did not make sense to me, and was just being overall nasty. After a bit they just walked off and I overheard them making rude comments about other customers in the store and I had to ask another (extremely friendly and helpful) employee to explain to me the process with purchasing jewelry (which they explained in complete sense the first time and were not rude in any way) also after checking out, the way the rude employee had explained the process to me wasn't even true or factual with how it actually worked which shows they also do not know how their own store policies and purchases work. I believe the first person I spoke to should not be working at this establishment just due to their rudeness not only directly to customers but also speaking negatively about others to fellow employees and even being rude to their coworkers as well. And this seems to be a repeated behaviour every time I see them working as well as the experiences I've heard from others...

Go here all time like there products, but rude lazy (yes I say lazy cuz she always misses my rewards tries to skip it on purpose and knows this, she made an excuse last couple times to not enter in my rewards) unlikeable overweight girl with the dark hair, needs to get a reality check, to adjust her attitude, not roll her eyes, and not be obnoxious and to customers. Isn't first time and only time, she has multiple times, Not to mention lied to my face about the rewards on what works and doesn't. The guy working tonight was extremely horrible and hostile towards the teens who were looking at things. I came in to buy a stuffed plushy, and the guy didn't want to take it off the shelf because he didn't think we were going to buy it. He also told my friend and I that it was over $35 in a mocking tone as if we couldn't afford it. I did have him take it down to look at it, and he made a show about bringing a ladder over.
