DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE OR VERIZON WIRELESS!! I bought internet service from this horrible store because at the time I lived in a rural area and regular internet services were not available. It worked poorly or sometimes not at all from the beginning. I spent hours and hours on the phone with Verizon, (mostly on hold) and burning up my minutes to no avail. They did send me a new SIM card but it didn't help. The worst part was, the worse my internet worked, the bigger the attitude I got from Verizon. They finally told me that I probably needed a new computer and were sure that their crappy equipment was not to blame. My computer was a little old (five years) so maybe they were right. $800.00 later and a new laptop and my internet service was just as bad as it was before. Every time I went online I would lose my internet connection resulting in having to shut down my computer and restart it. It also won't work if you put your computer into sleep or hibernate or just leave it sit for awhile. You will always have to shut down and restart. There is also a data cap on their internet service, and I use that term service loosely. Go over just a little and be prepared to pay big bucks. Of course, seeing as how it works so poorly it's almost impossible to get enough data to go over the cap. Verizon did such a horrible job with providing me with internet service that they actually made Time-Warner look good. That is no small job. Anyway, a move back to the city and an enormous payoff to get out of my contract and Verizon is out of my life forever. The icing on the cake was the final return to the store where my screw job started and I got to be treated like crap by the sleazy punks who work there because I had the nerve to expect decent service from them. Read moreI went to the store to order a replacement phone because the screen on mine was black. The second I walked in the door I was greeted and helped, which was really nice considering the store was very busy at that time.
The employee who helped me explained that there must have been a disconnection from the screen and the rest of the phone and told me she could order a new phone and have it shipped to the store or to my home. She then said, "It will arrive at your home about 10:30 AM tomorrow (Saturday) if you pay $15 for overnight shipping. For $13 you can get it by 8:40 PM tomorrow (Saturday). Or have free shipping and it'll be about 3 days or so." I opted for the $15 plus tax overnight shipping because I travel for work and it's my only means of emergency communication.
Saturday morning rolls along, and my fiance (who's name the account is under) gets an email my phone SHIPPED at 10:00 AM from Texas. According to tracking, it will not be anywhere near here until Saturday night/Sunday. The shipping company does not ship/deliver on Sunday, so my phone will more than likely not be here until Monday or later.
I opted for overnight shipping because, as previously stated, I travel for work, and need a phone for emergency purposes (something I explained to the girl at Verizon). I was told it would be at my home Saturday morning, but from what it looks like the ORDER was not PROCESSED until Saturday morning. Several times I was assured it would be at my home on the day and time she told me. I am kind of annoyed and am not sure if this is a miscommunication between Verizon and its employees, or its employees and customers.

Read moreI have never had such a bad experience in my life with any company I've done business with. This company is all talk and no action. I stopped in the store to active 4 iphone 12Pro's and they told me they would get everything set so I could just stop back and transfer the lines. The sales rep called me and said everythig was ready and it would take about 30 minutes. WE SAT THERE FOR 4.5 hours - not exagerating. The didn't apply the $800- cash to my phone purchase - I'm still trying to get that resolved - I didn't get all the credits I was supposed to - I'm still trying to get that resolved - they said they couldnt' print a purchase agreement or a receipt because the system went down - still trying to get that resolved - they promised a monthy fee - that's not what I'm being charged, and yes, still trying ot get that resolved. After about 3 visits to the store when they couldn't see me, 6 phone calls talking with people who do not speak English well and cannot seem to understand "can I please speak with a supervior" - 2 months later it's still not resolved. Now they are threatening to turn off my service. ALL I WANT IS A PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND RECEIPT TO SHOW HOW MUCH MONEY WAS APPLIED TO MY PHONE PURCHASE BEFORE THEY FINANCED IT - AND ALL OF THE CREDITS TO APPEAR ON MY INVOICE. it appears right now like a SALES PERSON promised credits that were not accruate and someone pocketed my $800 cash that I paid because no one can provide me anything to show where that was applied...
