If you are looking for a piece of furniture, look no further. I have done my research, while looking for a specific couch and I am glad that I found Wenz Home. I have been back and forth, searching for other options and still ended up coming back and purchasing a couch from them . Their sales rep Sarah, was outstanding in helping me through out the process. She took time to listen to my expectations on details, advised about various options in order to help me out with my time frame and even arranged for a loaner, while waiting for my couch. She was not forceful, like some sale people could be, and created a very comfortable experience for me. I am very grateful for her swift and professional service. I am confident that I will love my new couch, however if I am not happy with it , I have sufficient time to try it and return it or replace it. Worked with Laura S via email mostly. She was super responsive and had great suggestions on what would work in my space. When I went in to finalize, the team I worked with made everything seamless. They got delivery to me within a few days and I've been enjoying the couch and ottoman ever since. The 3rd party company they used to deliver it, the Moving Knights, were less impressive. They showed up in a truck with graffiti and didn't put on the legs of the couch or ottoman correctly. They also put the legs over the protective cardboard so I had to remove that after they left and I had to tighten everything down myself. But, it was FREE delivery and they showed up on time and the guys were friendly, so not too much to complain about.
