The Klein Music Tent at Aspen is the altar inside the cathedral on top of the Mount Olympus of Classical Music. Acoustically remarkable. Beautiful. Rugged. Durable. It is a great place to listen to Classical Music. The lawn next to the Tent might be even nicer, as you can see the mountains as you listen to the music. :). And you are not charged any money to place your lawn chair on the lawn there. Still, "The Music Tent" should be on any musician's bucket list. Read moreOur first visit to the Aspen Music Festival was a great experience. The Benedict venue is easy to access and surrounded by lovely grounds, even neighborhood walking trails. Seating is well laid out with good sight lines and accoustics. While the bench seats have cushions they are reminescent, unfortunately, of ever-less-comfortable airline seats and after a stretch of sitting, we were antsy and uncomfortable. It draws talented artists from around the world every summer.
