Highly, highly recommended. I walked by Jacob B. at Maroon Bells Wilderness and he was hyped about beavers. Very knowledgeable and he mentioned that this "ACES" has a "beaver walk". So, we all signed up and, when we arrived, we met with Mason M. and Rose W. who were both knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Rose went out of her way to include a shy, young girl into the experience. It was so much fun. Mason knows a lot about wildlife and I appreciated his enthusiasm.

Years ago, we stumbled into here without many expectations and it quickly became the highlight of our trip. Enjoyed a hike and happened to be leaving just as they were starting an environmental ed program on tree ID, so we joined in. It was one of the best interpretive programs I’ve ever attended and we were given beautiful tree ID books as well. We still think about this experience often,...

We went to Maroon Bells today to do the crater lake hike and we saw a sign that said you could hike with a ACES guide! We joined our guide Brette for the hike and she taught us so much!! We have done the Crater Lake hike three times now and she really made the hike awesome. Thanks so much! She let us know they do these hikes at multiple trails. We will definitely be on the lookout...
