We reserved a one-bedroom presidential for a weekend in Aspen. A spacious room with mountain-themed decor. The fireplace in the room added a romantic flare and was soothing to watch. The bed was comfortable with adequate storage and quiet for sleeping, though located on Main Street. The bathroom was huge, and the water temperature and pressure were excellent. The kitchen and counter area provided space to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack. Our room was on the second floor, and we had a balcony that provided a greater connection to the alpine feel of the resort with evergreens next to the space. ||The staff, when checking in, were accommodating and helpful, guiding us with excellent recommendations. One evening, we used the gas fire pit for smores, and they had sticks to toast marshmallows. ||The resort is close enough to downtown to walk and enjoy the scenery. It is only several blocks from the main dining and retail areas. If walking isn't your thing, the resort provides a shuttle with a phone number for access.||The small fitness area has enough variety to provide a quick training session. The resort has green and black wheel-shaped dumbbells, medicine and stability balls, one adjustable bench, some cardio machines, and one multi-use selectorized machine with a bar where you can complete pull-ups. The room is on the basement level and hotter than needed.||The pool was not in use, but the hot tub...

This was an older building right on the main street. So take that into consideration. The elevator was small and slooow. It was probably added years after the place was built. At least there is an elevator. |We were in the 2 bedroom presidential. It was very nice and clean. The lights were good. USB and 120v outlets were adequate. There were plenty of towels. |There was no dining table but a bar with the high chairs. They are not my favorite.|We walked to everything we wanted to do but there is a shuttle.|If you drive a full size 4 door pick up with an 8 ft bed, the parking is doable but tight. We enjoyed the Innsbruck, not so much Aspen itself. We did enjoy the scenery around Aspen and the drive getting there. |Remember Aspen can be...

This hotel is just amazing. The rooms are huge. 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a huge living room and a full size kitchen. The rooms are so clean. We checked in and our room wasn't quite ready. The staff said they had a shuttle that could take us downtown. The man, dang it I forgot his name, that drove us was truly amazing. He drove us around Aspen telling us historical things and just showing us Aspen. He recommended dinner at a few places and told us what to see downtown. When we were done downtown and done eating dinner he picked us up drove us around a little bit more. He even made a stop so we could take some pics. He was truly amazing. The staff is great and the hotel is wonderful. We will...

The rooms and staff here are great. But no coffee until 8:30am in a ski 🎿 town! We called before we came and asked if they were serving coffee with Covid going on,an they said yes we would be serving coffee. Otherwise, we would’ve brought our own. I went down this morning at 7:30 am to get coffee before skiing 🎿 the lady said no coffee until 8:30. Most people get up early here to be on the mountain 🏔 by 9am. Makes no sense to not have coffee starting at 7am.

My husband and I went on our honeymoon to Aspen and stayed here. It was wonderful. We are very simple people and really just wanted to relax and be together and we were not bothered at all. But I can also tell you that if you are the type that wants all the extras, this place has it. The customer service is great, everyone is very helpful and nice. Ron, one of the drivers was our favorite. He gave a lot of great tips and he is just a really good guy!

We stayed in a one bedroom presidential and it was very nice. We got the unit on the top floor at the end which was great. Jesse was very helpful with questions and also came quickly with the shuttle when we called. We really enjoyed our time here and wished we could have stayed longer. One other perk of the presidential was that there was a steam option in the shower. Not sure if it is in every other unit or not.
