Pho An 3 — Restaurant in Atascocita

Normally I would give this place a 5 because I'm a regular customer but today March 24th was one of the worst experiences I had. I sat a booth that is for employees and clearly isn't marked saying that. The associate asked me to move to a table because the booth was an employee table. If I had wanted to sit at a table I would have.

On top of that they had 5 dirty booths that hadn't been cleaned yet. I seen one person cleaning and one person taking orders. A group sat down 5 mins after i did and received there drinks and appetizers before i received anything. After I made my order it took them almost 15 mins to bring me just my tea. Another 5 or so mins to bring me my food which wasn't as hot as it normally was. As of now I won't be coming back.

Came back again on March 31st and unfortunately the service has gotten worse. I was there 45 mins and never got a refill I think this will be my last visit after 7 years of spending my money here. Luckily there's another noodle house closer to the...

Been seeing this place for many years…. I noticed all nationalities going in the place which is always a great sign… I typically drive to the south side for my pho …didn’t want to take that journey and tried this place was satisfied with the service but highly dissatisfied with the food … I ordered the shrimp and mixed vegetables …. No flavor whatsoever and smelled burnt. I also ordered the garlic basil wings - no flavor whatsoever. I ordered grilled beef and shrimp… the beef was very tough and had charred pieces with absolutely no charred flavor… I also ordered egg rolls and spring rolls…. They were both good… The meat in the egg rolls is sus and the spring rolls have tofu (I believe ) in them that I slid out. Price was good for the amount of food but the food was not worth the price or calories… we discarded...

I've been to this location a couple of times and majority of the time it's during their busy lunch rush. Tables seem to be dirty and not cleared, service is lacking to the point I'm practically begging for a refill on my drink. They burned egg rolls I ordered and had a problem with me asking to remake them. Spring rolls seem to get smaller to the point where they now have a gummy texture. I really wanted to chalk it up to it being busy and not enough staff but I'm starting to think this isn't the case. I had to flag a cook down today coming from the restroom to grab my waitress so I could get a refill on my tea, I had ordered unsweetened tea and added a sugar substitute and chugged about half the glass only to realize it was sweet tea...I'm a diabetic. Done giving this place...
