1 star is too high for this non customer service existing location! This is the second time in a row that my wife and I have had an issue at this location. This time it was beyond horrible and my kids had to experience this!!! We arrived to the location roughly at 7:15pm. We were seated 5 minutes later. (No big deal) Then it took the waiter about 15 minutes to attend us and take our drink order. Then an additional 15 minutes to take our food order. By this time it is roughly 7:45pm. Our food didn’t come out until about 8:30pm - 8:40pm to find out that the waiter did not place my daughters food order and brought the wrong food for my son. I asked the young lady how was my daughters food not placed? She stated “I forgot” and walked away. (Horrible customer service) I then asked to speak to a manager to let her know to please cancel my son’s and daughter’s order and if we can just get to go boxes and our check. The waiter came back with to go boxes & our check to only see that they did not take off the item I asked to be removed as we did not receive it. (Ok simple mistake) My wife then attempted to get the managers attention by saying “ma’am” twice and the 3rd time my wife had to say it louder as it is pretty loud in there due to the TVs and other customers speaking. The manager came back and said “do not yell at me” I then stated to her that my wife attempted to get her attention several times. She then stated “I’m just saying, next time don’t yell at me” she left mumbling things under her breath. (Very disrespectful and again, horrible customer service) I am extremely upset that my kids had to witness this. It got to the point where I told boys to take their sister to the car. The only thing we ate were our 2 appetizers (chili con queso & mozzarella sticks) and French fries. We did bring everything else home however did not eat and threw it away as it was cold. I honestly feel that these $100 dollars I spent today has been the worst purchase I ever made! I had to take my kids to McDonald’s in the parking lot as it was already too late to go eat elsewhere. The general manager did attempt to give us a 20% discount, however I declined. I do not understand how this place continues to operate with horrible customer service. The first time we came and had an issue with our food they stated that the person was new and did not know anything. This time they stated the waiter was new and did not know much. My concern here is are you all not investing in training all new hires to create a culture of great customer service? And how do you all get the managers? They are just as rude if not worse. The item I was looking to purchas would have an extra charge which was news to me. The cashier informed me that the register was charging extra even after I showed her the menu.I wasn't asking for anything extra? So I thought it a good idea to share this with the manager. Huge mistake! I ask the manager for a minute to explain the matter and she quickly interrupts to tell me " you have to understand, shes new." Her tone, evading eye contact and facial cunication was rude and dismissive. MY longer than normal wait time was due to the UFC, So it's my fault. Naturaly she didnt like my response and quickly ended the conversation. As a frequent customer this was a slap to my face. I simply wanted to make her aware that the young lady needed to be informed. Yes I was not pleased with the long wait, extra charges and having a new person not know the menu. But what really upset me was the attitude Tory gave. So Tory IF your employee didnt like my objections to the many extra unnecessary charges and described me as rude to you then you formed an opinion before speaking to me. And your mind was made up. Tory your refusal to take any responsibility as a manager is a lack of training and education. Do yourself a favor and be informed of the paid occupation you chose. The ill informed cashier is your responsibility, along with scheduling and properly assigning personell to shift duties. WHY would you place a new unexperienced person on the phone and register on a busy night? Poor planning Tory. Read moreThis place has extremely bad management and poor service. My family of five came in and we were sat in an empty section. We ordered our drinks which came really late but the server said it would take a while because there was only one bartender so we understood. We ordered our meal all wings and tenders nothing complicated and waited. The section we were sat in began to get sat and got busier. it was over 30 minutes when other tables in our section who came way later received their food. after 45 minutes our server brought our food which was incorrect and then she began to blame the understaffed cooks. I brought it to her attention that if that was the case why did other tables in our area that came later recieve their food, she said, "I don't know". The kids meals which were chicken tenders and fries were not even ready either and she didn't know when they would be ready. We asked for the manager because we were ready to leave. Management was terrible, he came over very rudely and defensive we let him know what our problem was and experience and told him we were leaving and wouldn't pay for anything. He said he said he would take it off but we had to pay for the mixed drinks we ordered. We understood and waited for the tab. He brought me a tab for $20.30, I handed my card and when I received the copy to sign he had charged me $51.48. I was very upset and made him correct it because he was trying to charge me for the food as well. Needless to say this place is horrible. Terrible service and even worse management.
