Dropped off my diamond engagement ring and wedding band to be sized and they tried to give me a back a completely different ring. My ring was platinum (as I am allergic to gold and white gold). The ring they tried to give me back was stamped 14k, I brought this to their attention immediately and they made multiple excuses. First telling me that the engagement ring was platinum but the band/enhancer was white gold. None of this made any sense being that the rings had been solder together and there was absolutely no difference in the two metals on my original or the one they were claiming was mine. After showing them an additional 250.00 charge for platinum on my original receipt they then said that both rings white gold and only the head/prongs were platinum. 250.00 for 4 platinum prongs???? Bottom line the setting was completely different from the original one that I had purchased and looked nothing like the picture they took of the rings before sending them out. When I questions them about the look of the ring their excuse was that the rings had gone through âextensive repairâ and that they had to send them back after they were returned to the shop because there were a number of scuffs marks on the rings themselves. When I questioned why the rings were so shinny and no longer had the look of platinum they said the rings had been had been ârhodium dippedâ and that was why it looked so shinny. Platinum over time gets a distinct patina on it over time which is part of the uniqueness. Platinum rings should never need to be âdippedâ I was never asked nor would I have I agreed to have this done to my ring. I only asked for the ring to be sized and for one of the prong to be repaired. Regardless, the ring I picked up was not the same ring I had dropped off. After months of not having my ring and going through all the necessary channels speaking with the assistance manager, providing pictures and even paperwork from previous repair tickets with codes for âPlat Clean and polishâ contacting customer service, speaking to claims manager only for them to insist that the rings are the same I have finally given up. This company does not care about their customers, you are nothing but a number to them. They will never take accountability for their mistakes and couldnât care less about the sentimental value of the pieces you have in trusted them with. Avoid these big chain âjewelersâ...
Read moreI had a wonderful experience at this location. Natalie was extraordinarily helpful in getting my custom engagement ring made. I came in with a pre-selected gemstone and Natalie expertly guided me into determining what the best options for me and my partner. I was impressed with the detailed catalog available, and Natalie was incredibly knowledgeable. From ring material to setting style, she expertly helped me design my very own custom engagement ring. It was so special to me that there was a professional who was so kind and excited for me during this once in a lifetime moment.

Read moreSo friendly and helpful! Andrew fixed the band of a watch me for me and didn't even charge me. While he was working on that, two young ladies working there (Hannah and Jess) told me about a charity in town called My Sister's Place. It is a shelter for women and their children who are victims of domestic abuse. The store is selling stuffed animals (an adorable soft dog and a super cute bear). The money goes to a charity (I forget which one) and if you want to, you can have the store donate the stuffed animal to My Sister's Place (or you can keep it for yourself). So, instead of paying for the repair of the watch, I was able to donate money to a charity and donate a stuffed animal to My Sister's Place. I am so impressed...
