Court Street Coffee on State Street — Restaurant in Athens

First and foremost you can have the best food but if some of the employees customer service is trash, then it doesn't matter how great your food is or coffee. There are several employees that work there that are completely 100% rude. And then there are some that are nice. But this isn't about the nice ones. This is about the rude ones. Mainly a gentleman with a beard who is just completely rude saying that he made a drink correctly takes it back and hands me the drinks out the window that are completely different. So if the first drink was made correctly why are you handing me back a drink that's made totally different? He didn't apologize. He didn't say anything other than the fact of just giving complete attitude stating that he made the drink correctly the first time when he clearly didn't. And then he just closes the window without saying anything. No have a nice day sorry for the inconvenience my apologies. Nothing like that at all. And some of the employees that work there ask if you want to leave a tip. That in itself is very rude and of course this day and age is entitling. if I wanted to leave a tip I would tell you I wanted to leave a tip. Don't take it upon yourself to ask me if I want to leave a tip on a coffee that you made wrong. I hope the owner / manager who owns Court Street coffee on East State Street reads this and fires the guy with the beard because he does not deserve that job or any other job with his rude attitude and very poor...

We go through the drive through at least once per day, great coffee but the customer service sucks. Sometime you get great service and sometimes you get rudeness. Well today 2nd time getting coffee and the guy hands me out my two drinks (wrong drinks) I let him know we said no whipped cream so he takes both drinks back (with attitude).. hands both drinks back and I tell him the are the wrong drinks (you can tell by the color) he takes them back and says … well I know what I made but I will remake them! Major attitude! Few moments go by …hands me the drinks very rudely. I tell him thank you and have a nice day. His response…. Yeah! and shuts the window. So many times I’ve gone through the drive-through and ordered coffee and they feel like they’re entitled and some of them are really just rude. Sometimes you go through every day and order the same drink and the prices completely different from the day before even though you didn’t change anything, these kids need an attitude adjustment since they’re working in...

Ordered an iced latte and a cold brew and both tasted like water. I love getting iced lattes at local coffee shops because they are usually way better than most coffee chains, but this not good at all. I’m not sure it even had espresso in it because it seemed like just almond milk and vanilla. So disappointing! The service was also really awkward.
