I will never come here ever again in my life. I came here earlier in the day after my run to get some original glazed donuts. The cashier said hey we give donuts away from 5 to 7. You should come by later. I came by at 6:50 mind you both doors was closed so I went through the drive-through at the drive-through. I said I would like to get the 5 to 7 special then she said drive around I get to the window. It’s about 659 for some reason there was a long wait and there was only two cars in front of me though. She waits about a few minutes and then finally comes to the window and ask hey what did you want? I said I wanted the red light special then she says oh it’s after seven as I was in the drive-through line and you told me drive-through at 6:50 and then she says oh the red light is not on. I said well why would you tell me to just drive around and then she asked oh well what do you want? I said I would like the original glaze or whatever donuts is for the 5 to 7 so she says OK six dollars. Do you know how mad I got I just drove off I wasted 10 minutes of my time when I had to be at class at 7:15. If I knew they wouldn’t honor their advertise special I will have never went out my way to come there. Please do not patron this store. They are practicing false advertising and the employees need more training on Customer Service. Why would she tell me to pull around? If she wasn’t going to honor the advertise special she wasted my time and also gave the company a bad reputation. She should definitely be...
Read moreI wish we'd taken a picture. My friend and I both ordered medium frozen coffees separately. But my friend's was a small, it's hard to tell the difference unless you sit them down next to each other. When we brought up the fact that they were different sizes the cashier took the cup to the woman making the drinks and said, "They're complaining about the size". Huh? We even placed our cups next to each other to show they were two different sizes. Their answer was "No, they're the same size. You just have more whip cream." Huh? If I have MORE whip cream then why does she have LESS coffee? That doesn't make any sense. The person making the drinks proceeded to scoop the whip cream out (which just emphasized the fact that she had less) and dump it into a medium cup (also emphasizing that drink did not fill the new cup and so clearly it was in a small cup before). Then she made an ENTIRELY NEW DRINK and placed it beside the old drink saying, "See, they're both a medium". Huh? How are they both a medium when the old drink is less than the new one you just made to.... Disprove your point? The moral of the story is we gotta stop paying people minimum wage. Or, idk, don't be argumentative for the sake of not being wrong... Or something. Hope they were just tired because this entire interaction didn't make a...
Read more9-12-2019 I was having a terrible day (a break-up) and I sadly mentioned it to the cashier as I slowly handed her my payment. I even mentioned that it was my Birthday...the cashier sympathised and wished the remainder of my day to be better. I thanked her as she closed the drive thru window. At this point all i wanted was my frozen caramel latte to make myself feel better. But to my surprise, the mgr on duty slid the window open...not only holding my latte but singing the Happy Birthday song along with other team members. I BUST IN TEARS😥😥 yet smiling for the FIRST time on my bday that afternoon. When she finished, she continued by explaining her position there and how the cashier mentioned my sadness. She handed me a birthday cake creamed donut with sprinkles(bagged) and reached down into her pocket so that SHE can place my first dollar on my shirt attached by a KP sticker.... The Ladies working that day blessed me with their caring hearts and i will always remember this day. If Krispy Kreme could honor you two in some form, that would be amazing...but your deed did not go unseen...God bless you! Forever thankful to West End Atlanta Krispy Kreme...especially you two queens!...sorry i...
