Working with Jack made everything easy. Shopping for an engagement ring can be very stressful for most guys who have no idea what they’re looking for and are fearful of being ripped off. Jack made the process so easy by understanding my price and showing him pictures of what I was after he made it happen for a lot less than other places I looked at. Most importantly my fiancée absolutely loved the ring and the custom work he does is truly unbelievable. We just left from coming back from getting our wedding band and he remembered my name and provided great service, he fixed and sized the rings on the spot and we were out of there in 30 minutes. All while checking out his nice collection of jewelry and talking with Jack who is both a wealth of knowledge in his craft and one of the sweetest men I’ve met.

I had two anniversary rings that I wanted Jack to make one nice ring out of , and on Dec 21st we took the rings to Jack so he could make something beautiful. I didn’t expect to have the ring for Christmas, but Jack said he would be working late to get the ring made so that my husband could give it to me on Christmas. Jack word was his bond, he had the ring ready on Dec 24th. The ring is simply gorgeous!!! Jack appraised the ring and updated our appraisal for our wedding ring that we purchased from him as well.
