The Daiquiri Factory — Restaurant in Atlanta

Me and my friend was out for a girls day and decided to stop by and the service was absolutely HORRIBLE!! soon as we walked in there was a line at the door we maybe waited like 30 mins to be sat which was fine but once sat NO ONE said anything to us til about 25 mins later and the only thing she said was “ hey i’ll be right back” she did not come back till 30 mins later and he first words were are “yall ready?” no introduction anything. she took our order and we let her know we were ready to pay and we would take our drinks to go she left then came back a couple mins later and was like the drinks yall want aren’t frozen then she listed the items that were and we just went with the strawberry one then after that she immediately got the system and checked us out then left the system with us for another “45+” mins!!! we wasted over an 1hr & 30 something mins at this place to only get our drinks super watery and to be told they were too busy so we had to wait. mind you we already waited for over an hour at this point & we already paid which makes this whole experience worse. i literally got up and complained and they were saying it’s too busy. they weren’t even trying to hear our concerns but other servers did stop by and help the table next to us because they were completely fuming they said they had been waiting longer than us. once we complained and realized it wasn’t clicking that we had PAID & been waiting OVER an hour for drinks we just wanted a refund but once again couldn’t find our server and when the served us the drinks were literally water which is outrageous because we already had to change our drinks because they “weren’t frozen yet” ! so to sum it all up we didn’t even get the chance to enjoy our drinks because they were served to us like water nothing about the drink was frozen literally, and the service was terrible! some of the staff was trying to be helpful bc they wasn’t busy i believe so thanks to the people who tried helping. we had two tables next to us that complained as well and were super irritated with the service and how their drinks were coming out and the waiting as well. this is just my experience so yall do with this info as yall please! i hope this restaurant does better and super bummed that we didn’t get the chance to enjoy our drinks or even...

Well it was my first time going to the daiquiri factory in Atlanta, great place drinks were good I mean I loved it been looking for a slushy place to go and I find the exact spot. But I was highly disappointed on how they treated me and my sister, I order a snow crab that was $40.00 and my sister order her wings and fries, so my food came first I was eating it started raining so we all ran inside to sit and finish eating my sister order came, I was eating her fries and I told her she can try my food, so she was just eating the potatoes and one crab legs of my bowl, here comes the bartender saying (um my manager saw her eating of your bowl imma have to bring her another order of crab legs and that’s going to be $40.00 extra) I was like huh, and she said yeah because you’re not supposed to share your food with her. Then I asked her can I speak to the manager? Then she said (the manager is not here today) so I said but how she saw her eating the crabs and she said (oh she’s home watching from her camera) at the point I was soo confused like wait we’re paying for our own tab so we can’t share? Anyways so she brings the crabs bowl at that point we were all full, so my sister said she’ll take it home then the bartender said oh no you can’t take the crabs to-go. On Mondays it’s all you can eat crab legs for $45 a person. When we arrived about 6 pm the parking lot was almost full with about 10 Spots left so we thought it was going to be much and a wait with no reservations being it was all you can eat crab legs. This daiquiri factory to my surprise exceeded my expectations and delivered the best service. We were greeted and seated immediately with no wait. The restaurant was almost full. Our server Kayla was absolutely very knowledgeable with amazing customer service. She let us taste a few daiquiris being it was our first time. Pink panties, blue mutha shut your mouth and my favorite daiquiri was Orgasm. Perfectly made. We were served with gloves, and disposable trays. Our first 2 clusters were seasoned with oth a side of garlic buttery a lemon slice and some potatoes. She kept them clusters coming. As she kept coming she it with them, these snow crabs were coming out steaming hot and seasoned to perfection. Our server was on top of it and we didn’t wait. She served us ice water in between. Better than a fancy steakhouse! Perfect for date night or girl’s night out, and most definitely a spot for family. They played some nice r&b music.
