Century 21 Intown — Local services in Atlanta

At this point I can't help but laugh at the fact that they're called Century 21 when all of my experiences with them seem like they would've made sense in the 80's but are wild to experience in 2023.

Their online rent portal went down and they informed me I would have to either mail my rent or drop it off. I asked if it was going to count as late if I get a check sent through my bank app, got no response. So I drove there with my full rent amount in cash and they said sorry we can't take cash. So I asked if I can send a check through my bank app and they said no, that would take too long and be considered a late payment. So I had to go and spend extra money on top of the extra time to get 5 money orders made at Publix and head back.

My agent/manager is kind though, and things generally get done (albeit sometimes slowly). We still don't have a key for our front door after 6 months and...

Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever gotten anywhere. I would give 0 stars if possible. Just got off the phone after my 4th call that went to voicemail, 5th call that lasted 30 seconds with “Tobias Jackson”. They sent an email Saturday 11:11 stating the property would be available to view “tomorrow.” Today is Sunday. I came to view. They declined my 4th call and sent a text that they couldn’t talk right now, then called to say “the viewing was yesterday”. When I stated “the email said ‘tomorrow’ and was sent Saturday” they rudely replied “okay well it was yesterday. Bye” I said wow before they hung up on me. If they can’t even be professional on the phone or look at what they’re sending in their emails, why would they be good at...

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company is the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with in any aspect. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. If anything goes out in your home they will never fix it ( refrigerator, Air conditioner, dish washer, stove. Should I keep going?)and still they expect rent. They have no consideration for their paying customers, who work hard and try to be upstanding. Money hungry company. I hope this company gets new management. But until then take my word....
