New Dragon Chinese,Thai & Japanese — Restaurant in Atlanta

Ordered through Grubhub, Although I selected my new address it used my old one. So at the time of delivery they sent a text to call. After calling the VERY rude lady said we have been trying to call you. I let her know that my phone had not rang at all. She was quick to say well yeah your food will be there when you give me the right address. I told her if it was a hassle to bring to the right address then not to worry about it. So when they got here 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time I tipped the man who obviously spoke no english $6 on $14 of food.... But low and behold when i opened the bag... not all of the food was there. A dinner comes with soup, chicken wing, and egg roll. None of those things were there. When I called he offered for the driver to bring them back while it pours down rain. I opted not to. They could put a credit on for next time I order... Not to worry that will not happen. When I told him about how rude the lady on the phone was he laughed, when I expressed that is how he will react?? He applogized and said she was just upset with grubhub cause they give out wrong numbers all time. The food was mediocre at best, but nowhere worth the $20 spent on the horrible customer service and wait. I would never return there even with free...

CONS: I had to wait for a while! Yes, I called ahead. But maybe they didn't trust me, because I was a new customer. (no big deal) It was hard to find the place because of the construction, but thanks to google earth!! It was not cheap! I paid around 10-11 for General chicken (But I can't say it was not worth it)

PROS: Cool, friendly and layback staff! And I didn't mind all the yelling in the kitchen :-) BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS... THE FOOD! It was good and #SPICY (Exactly, how I like it). It is my favorite General tso Chicken so far!! I hope my next order comes out exactly like the first one did! Because whatever you guys did to that general, it made me stand in salute! That is the only reason I check these reviews anyway, trying to find the best hidden food spots! At the end of the day, all I care about is the taste!!.... Then the price...

Food was average. Order the sweet and sour chicken and found out that the sauce is supposed to come on the side when I got back home and saw that there was no sauce or side of sauce in my order. Had to drive back over to pick up my side of sauce and was offered extra sauce for the inconvenience.... Pretty pathetic. Was excited to find this place this because I live fairly close by, there aren't too many other chinese restaurants around, and I get Chinese takeout pretty regularly but I don't plan on going back now. They could have had a new customer once a week if they had tried at all to make it right but they decided 5 or 10 bucks worth of a coupon was worth more than the 100 a month I would have spent there.
