Century Lofts — Local services in Atlanta

I do not advise working with Eti Lazarian, Insignia LLC and/or Century Lofts to rent one of the lofts that are posted for rent. It’s great because some people own so they take pride but Eti and her team are terrible to work with. I put in a notice about leaking/flooding windows in October 2018, again in December 2018– it is now March 2019 and nothing has been done. As well as it took almost a month to have tasks done that should have been completed before I moved in. Moving in without it done is on me but they are unprofessional and try to make it seem like it’s your fault as the renter. I also moved into a loft that still had a dirty refrigerator and dust/dirt on the floor from painting done...

Echoing someone else on here- love this location, the building, and the tenants. Absolutely cannot handle the way management treats me as a tenant. I rent through Insignia, and they have caused me issues since I moved in. The maintenance team is kind, but getting the management to schedule anyone or even care about the issues I’m having is like pulling teeth.
