Mechanicsville Library — Attraction in Atlanta

Do not go here. Why? Because Fully Grown Adult Men are talking very LOUDLY in Mechnicsville library on the 2nd floor every time I've been here. This is my 3rd and last time coming back to Mechanicsville because they continue to watch movies outloud without headphones plugged into their computers when it is SUPPOSED TO BE A LIBRARY HENCE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE QUIET. When I asked these individual Men myself, not women, to stop talking please, they didn't. They continued their conversations so I won't accept their disrespect. I went to the employees here and the female security guard told them to stop talking. They STILL DID NOT STOP TALKING IN THE LIBRARY, so I left. I told the employee that I am leaving and will not come back to this location because I cannot...

For this library to have no copier or printing services and its been like that for a while is unexceptable. It's ridiculous that a public library does this in this day and age. I guess they only do it in certain """"communities""""

"Response" to owner...please no one believes that because the cyber attack deadline to pay was Jan 29th and fulton county declined to pay. Some services were restored next day while others took until Feb/ March 4th..... April passed and we are now in May, like I said had this been a more prominent neighborhood this wouldn't happen. The librarians here were so wonderful. This was my first time visiting a library in Atlanta and I was lost. The two ladies who were working were T Seabrooks and the manager Emma Laster. They went so far out of their way to help me! They were so patient and sincere. In fact, I could tell that they really cared about me. This was the best experience I have ever had in a library. I am so grateful and happy because of my experience. Thank you so much. Both of them make this library outstanding. When someone treats you with so much love, kindness and respect you should recognize them....
