Savi provisions( star metal) — Local services in Atlanta

I just visited with my 3 children. It was my first time ever entering a Savi Provisions and it will most likely be my last. We were waiting for our brunch reservation and decided to take a walk. I looked around to see what they had to offer. Was practically watched the enter time I shopped, never formally greeted. I did not receive a thank you for shopping after my purchase, no one offered a receipt. The worst customer service and profiling from a primarily foreign staff. Instead of being on edge they could have just asked “How can I help you?”, “Looking for anything in particular?” The store itself was nice, clean and actually had great items. I am a frequent visitor because I live in the attached apartment Sentral, and I always have a great experience with Savi provisions, the older women who always checks me out is very kind and respectful. Today however, there was a younger women working and she watched me the entire time from the moment I entered until I walked to the counter. I paid in cash and instead of placing it in my outreached hand, she placed it on the counter as if she was too good to hand me my change and looked at me like I was the crazy one when I told her to pick it up and put it in my hand. I live in the area and walk to this store several times a week. I love Savi and I’m usually greeted by a lovely older gentleman and a sweet lady in the evenings.

Unfortunately, my last few visits have been uncomfortable. The new younger staff in the evenings constantly watch me in the store as if they expect to catch me stealing. It’s very uncomfortable and sad. I just want to have the same experience as I had before. Please stop judging your customers. Im really mentally drained from writing these types...
