Horrible customer service! The thing that I most value is quality, professional customer service. It was my intention to use the store's self service photography kiosk system. Initially, when I sat down the system did not have the proper connectivity cable and adapter for my phone. Therefore, I moved to the other system which had the correct cable and adapter. My finacee' decided to use the other system to complete her photography services. Both of systems were not operating properly, and a representative (Anthony) walked over to provide assistance. He explained the process and both system begun to operate properly. During this exchange, he never mentioned that we were in violation of a the store's social distancing policy. Yet, when another client came in for photography service. Another representative (Renee) comes over and states that we can not use the kisok system at the same time. It was against store policy regarding social distancing. First, I asked where is this policy listed. It was not visible on any system. Secondly, I stated to her that the other associate never communicated this policy or concern. Her response was that she was the store manager! She continued with her voice raised and becoming belligerent. My fiancee' simply got up and moved out the way. But of this was the real issue than why did Anthony sit down and start working on the system to do work for another customer. If it was about the store's social distancing policy then he would have waited until I was finished with my job.
I have been a Walgreen customer for several years, however, after this incident. I will not spend my money in this Howell Mill Road store or any other...

Read moreI'd really like to give this mall at least 4 stars, but the hours of operation of the businesses in this place a complete farce. Literally, almost everything is closed by 3p. 3p! There is a gym inside, Fitness 1440, that's open 24/7 and it's a great facility, but they can only validate parking for 2 hours. But why? Past 3p, it's not like there's another reason why anyone else would park in the garage? Ok, so there are condos and the W hotel that I suppose share the garage with the mall, but I still think it's ridiculous. Oh, also, of you park in the garage after hours and need to access the mall (like for the gym) you have to ring an intercom and have "security" open the door. What makes this ridiculous, tedious and annoying is that you can access the mall, without delay, through the mall doors on street level. So why all the extraness? It clearly doesn't matter. I mean, if I were gonna blow the mall up at 2a, I'm pretty sure it's not like I'd tell you over the intercom, anyway. The juice/smoothie bar in the food court, Pressed Together, is actually pretty neat. They make the best Acai Bowls I've ever had, and I've had lots lol. Anyway, I wouldn't really call this a mall. More like... I dunno? A...
