I was referred to Lola Tech Solutions by another computer repair retailer for my iPhone issues. My phone was exposed to salt water and died. We discussed the game plan ahead of time, they had all my phone hardware options onsite and walked me through their diagnostic process.

I had an urgent situation that required access to my phone in order to retrieve information. I authorized them to fix my phone at all costs, even though we all knew it may have been dead.

They replaced my screen, which got me access to my phone. Unfortunately, my phone would only stay on for a few minutes at a time, wouldn’t charge and the speakers didn’t work. If I decided to get a new/different phone, they offered to refund me most of what I had paid them. This was regardless of me getting a replacement phone from them.

The next day, (today) my phone healed itself…somehow. I’m feeling lucky and grateful that my phone is working again, they alleviated my stress with their flexibility, professionalism and responsiveness. The owner even contacted me on his day off to follow up on my issue.

This place is the best! I had my I-phone repaired here, it needed a new charging port and a new battery. They also cleaned out my speaker & microphone and fixed the previously stuck on/off switch on the right side. The staff is very helpful, kind, and friendly. The space is very clean and pleasant. A relaxing You-tube channel, with beautiful large felines & soothing music was playing on the TV whilst I was there. Phone was fixed by the time promised and is working perfectly now. Richard is especially stellar; he is the specific gentleman who returned the perfected phone to me today. He assured me that they are very accommodating, if there happen to be any other issues, they will be happy to assist. My experience with L.T.S. was perfect. I came in to get my wife's phone fixed because it would not charge. I was warmly greeted the second I walked in, and they quickly diagnosed the issue and my options were presented. I chose to purchase a new phone. It took them around 30 minutes to switch all the info to the new phone. Unfortunately my wife HATED the phone, a Samsung, and all but refused to even look at an iPhone which were the only two brands they had available at the time.
