Go to check in. Man behind plastic has a very, very, VERY thick accent. He asked me a question that I didn’t understand so I didn’t answer. He asked me three more times (I guess) and then he slammed his little plastic door in my face. Four times he slammed this little door on the counter in my face. ||||He explained that he asked me something four times and that I need to learn English- which is my first language and very clearly not his. I was yelled at and spoken to in a a manner I wouldn’t expect my mother to. ||||I stayed calm. Cool. Collected. I kept pleading my case as if I had to. I kept saying I’m sorry sir I truly did not understand what you were saying. And then he would yell at me. And I would say sir I am very sorry and I’m being very polite here I don’t know what the problem is. Yelled at again. Until the last slam of that stupid little door. He was very nasty with me. Without the actual words he accused me of being racist because I couldn’t understand him. And I genuinely did not understand him. Why would I just stand there if I did? Why would I want to insult the seemingly only person working at my hotel? There were other people around. It was sincerely embarrassing. I am under five feet tall and he kept looking at my id and back at me. For minutes this went on. Eventually I was so disgusted with him I shouted “sir I am not a little girl do not talk to me like I am a child. I am 33 years old you address me as an adult. Without an attitude because I have DONT nothing to you and I have been nothing but nice.” Although I shouted this myself I had stayed calm until my breaking point. So I was yelled at again and accused of being racist. ||||I want you, the reader to know that I do not consider myself racist. I’m not going to tell you about my one black friend to make it seem as such. I am straight up not racist. That’s just not the case. ||||I don’t care what country he or anyone else is from. I don’t care if you don’t speak great English. But when you have an accent that thick- are you really that dumb that people don’t understand what you are saying sometimes? I misunderstood him with whatever this question was and three other things. ||||Parking. He demanded twenty dollars cash and just kept putting his hand out. I find that rude in itself. He hands me a slip and tells me what to fill out which I thought I caught. Apparently I missed something when he spoke. I didn’t fill in my address because I thought he said phone number and license plate. When I handed him the slip without the address he slammed it back on the counter to give...

Read moreNever come here!! STOP The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life! My family and I, plus 30 other people, have been staying here since the month of June since code enforcement closed the building where we lived, they brought us to this hotel creep that is worse than the building where we live…. The first thing is that they have some animals at the front desk that you can't ask for sheets, your own because you have to wait a week for them to change them, they don't clean them daily you don't have to wait a week and if you You say they should clean it for you too, the girl who works is more than inhuman, she treats the clients like garbage and the Latinos, but the dirt here is incredible, apart from the conditions of the rooms, it is better to spend a little more but give you a burn service the park is another disaster my friend had both tires on his truck punctured and until now rl paid everything because the case was not resolved for me because I spread a sheet because it got dirty with rl period I spread it outside since they Whatever happens to you, they don't change your sheets. The young woman came breaking my windows, yelling at me that this wasn't my house, that this was my property, that I should take that away from there. When I explain it to her, she doesn't care about the accident that happened to me. She simply showed up with her inhuman attitude and repeated to me that this was her property, and if I didn't like it, I should talk to the manager who paid for the hotel, to which I responded to her that we weren't here because we didn't pay rent, and on the contrary, we are here. Because the state took us out and it was in very bad taste to me the way they humiliated us here, American citizens and people legally here, I will leave you here so that you can see for yourself what a wonderful hotel it is. Don't come to this hotel because that's another one. Many drug addicts come here and do their shows. I mean, it's a disaster. Something else is fixing the hotel on the outside with us here 😅 but they took our building out because it couldn't be fixed with us inside. Who understands? 🤣🤣🤣Another thing, if for things in life you want to stay here, bring your cleaning utensils, check your bed because they don't change that protector when a client leaves, they put their respective sheet like this 😅 and leave them the same blanket, check their pillows equally They are in better condition and are very protective, meaning that everyone who passes by here leaves their slime...
