My husband and I went into the store and bought a couch and sofa table last weekend (Over $3k for both). When we went in the next day to pickup the table and saw it being moved we noticed a crack in the top. I asked if we could just leave the table and just take the couch. We were told that the it was final sale, although it had not yet left the store and had been less than 24 hours after we bought it. After speaking with the manager- she explained that there was nothing she could do and that we should have noticed the crack the prior day. Unbelievable. You would think that with a final sale policy the sales associates would make sure to point out any flaws so that people know. We paid over $3k for the sofa and table (table was $550 alone) and were forced to take a table that would cost even more to repair. On top of that- I asked for the table to be wrapped and that we would return. An hour later we came back to find that it wasn't wrapped and also the worker gouged the top when loading it. It wasn't even worth bringing up to them because clearly after they get your money they do not care. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. And if you do, be sure to go over everything with a fine tooth comb, because there will be a defect and nobody will make you aware. To me, it's not worth the hassle for the discount.
UPDATE: Someone from Arhaus replied to my review asking me to email them, which I did the same day. I NEVER heard...
Read moreI have been to the OH and now closed IL Loft locations, I have to say this is the best location to date!
The store is well organized and stocked! The staff are so friendly and helpful that it makes a world of difference! The guys that pack up your pieces do so with great care, in contrast to my experiences at the OH location.
The condition of items is rather consistent across the three locations. I felt the discount pricing in IL was better, but that was also precovid. The pricing is by far better than that of some similar brand's outlet discounted pricing. ( PB/ RH)
I did score a Noella Chandelier without the glass shades for $200 vs. 1,500.
A great side table for $150 and a couple of additional barstools to ones already ordered at a drastic markdown from even the retail sale price.
If you need good quality pieces quickly, I highly recommend...
