Perhaps train your employees not to follow potential customers into the fitting room and then try to lift their shirt for them. I made it very clear I did not need to be measured, I simply wanted to go into the room so I could remove my bra to determine what size I needed. The associate then followed me into the dressing room after insisting on measuring me, which I declined multiple times. After shutting the door, I did not realize she was still behind me and she tried to lift my shirt off of me! I immediately told her I was not comfortable and told her to leave! Then she wondered why I left the store crying, asking if I would like to speak to someone, as if I didn’t feel completely violated! Absolutely unacceptable. I will not...

I went here on a Sunday, so everywhere was busy. Torrid was no exception to this crazy busyness. I enjoyed my experience, because although it was packed the assiciates worked through the crowd, greeted and checked in to make sure all was well. I personally needed help finding my size and so did 2 other people. The associate (I wish I kn ew her name, but she had red hair and wore all green army style dress) she bounced between me and 2 other women, and at no point did I feel neglected. She did very well with her time mgmt and keeping up with the demand of 3 women. By the way, I drive about 30 miles to go to this store, because of stock, and customer service, even though one is closer by about 30 minutes. I...

I stopped in to pick up a gorgeous mint coat that was on hold for me. Earlier when I called to inquire if coat was in stock, Kat was helpful and polite. Store is very neat and organized, cute items throughout. The best thing about my shopping experience were the three ladies working on the evening of 1/22/2020. I regret that I am not remembering all their names as I write this review. All were very friendly, more than helpful, fun to chat with. They greeted everyone coming in the store, asked if they could help in any way, noticed when customers needed a dressing room. The went above and beyond and represent your company very well.
