DO NOT BUY anything online from GameStop & use the delivery service. They use a 3rd party delivery “Walmart GoLocal” & must hire all types of shady trash. The email said order delivered, so i go outside & Check. I look on porch, around the side of house, the back by garage & NO package. I rewind my cameras, i have 7 camera on the outside of my house. I see this car, pull up to mailbox, reverse a bit to end of driveway & take off. I call customer service because the store number is disconnected, reach a woman from another country, she tells me that the picture was taken from the street & inside of the car. She said this picture of delivery is not acceptable. The moron didn’t even roll down the window to take a clear pic. So i dispute the delivery & after waiting 7days for escalation investigation, they send an email saying that the package was delivered. Which it clearly wasn’t. I have 4 different angles the delivery car driving past the house. I have disputed it with AmEx. Such a terrible experience....
Read moreThis guy Devin says he only has two pickachu promo cards left then he says we need to make a purchase so we purchase a box then he proceeds to flash a piece of paper talking about how he is getting yelled at because people aren't buying Gamestop pro memberships then because my bf told him if they would have given out a promo in the beginning when my he got the new box opening day we would have had gotten a GameStop pro account. Then he refuses to give me the card because my boyfriend said something then because my bf called corporate on him for refusing to give the card to me after buying a box then damages the promo card when throwing it at me. Then refused to give me his name luckily it was on the receipt. He should be fired and because of his power trip I'm glad I'm not pro. If he's the boss then I can see why the store will be closing. Read moreEmployees were very helpful and kind. They had the game I wanted and made me feel welcome and were happy to help me any way they could. There was an angry customer ahead of me trying to get a controller for free, claiming they purchased one just recently. They had no receipt, and according to the cashier, there was no documentation of the controller purchase on this customers gamestop account. The customer was yelling at the employee. The employee remained professional, kind, and neutral with this customer. (The customer ended up purchasing a new controller) I was amazed at the employee's composure! I left happy and with what I went there for. I also left with an appreciation for that employee's professionalism despite just being yelled at by a previous customer. Keep this employee.
