I visited the store on July 1st around noon and was disappointed by the lack of customer service. From the moment I entered, I wasnāt acknowledged by any staff. Initially, I didnāt think much of it, but this continued throughout my visit, from the fitting room to the checkout area. It felt as though I was invisible. Ultimately, I decided to button up the item I intended to purchase and put it back. This experience was surprising, as I usually shop at Loft in the neighboring mall and have never encountered such poor service. I hope this was just an off day...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI personally like loft clothing but because of this Bad customer service and negligence ,I will never visit this store again , I purchased around 10 items from them but they packed only 9 items in my bag.Later when I noticed that I got only 9 items I called them for another item which I didnāt received ,they asked me to come all the way 50 miles again and show the receipt. and when I went there they didnāt even apologize me for this thing and I told them that my day was wasted coming again for this thing .I felt so bad ,iāll never shop in this...

Asked if she could kindly process a Christmas return and her response was "No, I just closed down the last register." When I explained how far away I lived she only shrugged her shoulders. Customer service earns and retains customers. Poor customer service loses them. I will not shop this...
