It is strange I have never had such bad experience with Swarovski before.. 2 ladies at the front when I entered they saw me and went back to thier chatting.. No greetings no curtousy to help. I started looking for a ring for my mom and I finally asked one of the ladies at front to help me with that, she walked to me showed me items and left without even asking if I wanted or not or didn't suggest any other similar items.. Which was ridiculous and I started walking out. As I walk out there was an American couple entered and they were greeted with smile and they were asked if they need help. experienced with extremely rude manager who is fat and very unfriendly. I bought a necklace 3 months ago at this store and the connector on the necklace was lost. I asked for repair or exchange. The sales girl agrees that my necklace is under warranty and was planing to give me an exchange. This manager suddenly appears and told the sales that this is not under warranty without giving me any explanation. I said that the connector was lost in 3 months reflected the bad quality of their product. He even did not dare to look at me and explain to me why my necklace is not under warranty.
