Ordered a washer and dryer online and the order went through just fine although they said they could not verify the address and the account remained active with a payment due. Instead of them trying to verify the address, where they have sent me multiple flyers and letters welcoming me to Aaronâs family, the store manager decided not to deliver. Unlike the Aaronâs in Colorado đthey did nothing to gain my business again. I had a previous account in 2016 and paid it in full early and still the level of service was less than expected! I too, like other customers went to Rent-a-Center and the process was easy from beginning to end! Recently that same manager called me about a special they were having and when I told her she was the one that told me they couldnât deliver to my address and they didnât even come out to check, she passed the buck and said âtheyâ told me today that! I feel like they should have owned it! But why call me now?...
   Read moreI wish I could give Aaron's Furniture zero stars. My experience with this company has been beyond frustrating. From the beginning, there was a complete lack of customer service. No one contacted me to schedule the delivery, and I had to repeatedly chase down the store just to get on the schedule. The store manager refused to speak with me directly and never followed through on promised callbacks.
When the delivery was finally scheduled, the delivery driver refused to complete the job. I had to start all over again trying to reschedule, and it took another week just to get on the schedule a second time. Once again, I received no call to confirm, and despite rearranging my work schedule to be home for the delivery, they never showed up.
This has been the worst customer service Iâve ever experienced. I cannot recommend Aaron's Furniture to anyone and will not be doing business with them again. Save yourself the headache and...

I've had a bed for the past 11 months and every payment has been different from the next they had been charged me some kinda fee which was an extra 10.99 for who knows what I never agreed to whatever they said it was for. I'm set up on autopay and everytime they've taken out more than what they are supposed to. (IVE NEVER GOTTEN THAT MONEY BACK EITHER) They also do not send you receipts apparently it's not their "POLICY" to mail receipts. I've never known of any business not able to give you a receipt for what you paid for with your money. Unless they are doing shady things at this place.
