This is my favorite go to place twice a week for healthy nutrition especially during my busy schedule when I get in too late to grab food. I always choose this over fast food! I get the exact same 2 bowls. Power Acia for my son and a my go to is always a Tropical granola bowl with coconut or yogurt base along with a smoothie. On 12 / 19 I get there a few minutes pat 7 pm . i don't know how the miscommunication happened last night but I got into town after comutting 6 hrs put in my usual order,got home and to my disappointment ; my "Tropical granola bowl" was a Waffle bowl . I don't know if the young lady taking my order was just not listening because she seemed preoccupied but I did repeat my order twice because she didnt include my smoothie after saying ," so the two bowls will complete your order""???. I still do not get how she ended up entering and making a Waffle bowl that I clearly did ask for or order . A Tropical Granola bowl does not sound like "A Waffle bowl" and it was just terrible! I literally felt like I was eating not only waffles but a bowl of cut up sponges with a very small amount of anything else so I basically ate a bowl of bread for dinner and it had about a half a cup of straight whipped cream. who eats that ??? I will still continue going here because its clean the food is fresh and ive had great communication and customer service prior to this being my new location for the past 6 weeks but I certainly hope to never have that kind of mistake happen. I even had to ask the person who took my order for my smoothie after she handed me my bag and just stood there staring at me because I didn't take my bag and leave. I had to ask for the smoothie sitting in front of her and I was the only customer in there being served. I completly understand working long days and sometimes they aren't always positive and mistakes happen. I'll definitely start making sure they get my order right before leaving to drive the 10 miles home with wrong order.
Update...I've continued my 2x weekly visits. Everyone has been providing friendly excellent customer service. It's always clean and my orders have been perfect every time ! I want to thank everyone for doing an outstanding job even when the customer is sometimes not so friendly! You all work very hard to provide excellent customer service and work very well even under pressure during peak hours! Thanks again to everyone...

I come to the counter, I place the order, I pay for my order, I wait for my order and do this while standing there listening to loud blenders in semi cool environment. I then come to the counter and get my order. There is no service to tip. If they need a tip then they should get a job were they are a order server not order taker! Employees are doing the job they agreed to take for the pay offered. Whats next? Tip your dentist? Tip your doctor? If employees want more money then Jamba should pay them a very small percent of total daily sales or something like that. I already pay over 14.00 for a smoothie and handwich that is very small. Read moreI love this jamba I'm not from Auburn but I do work up here and I work outside and when I get to hot and dont feel like eating a meal i love to go to this jamba juice not only for the smoothies but because of the great customer service as a manager myself I love great employees and you have an amazing one her name is maddie and she is truly amazing she goes above and beyond on each and everyone of my orders especially when I dont know the drinks that well she is kind and just all around great I wish I could find more employees like her but since you do have her I would say promote her fast before someone steals her.
