Subway — Restaurant in California

I love the polite service and the people always have a very nice way on treat their customers I walking to subway for a large drink I appreciate the lady who worked on Lincoln's birthday she had a very nice and awesome customer service she is great person to work with I enjoyed the food mmm the meatballs sub delicious it the dye for ...I enjoyed the polite service never they (AND I MEAN NEVER) rude to the customers they always have a awesome smile and very polite service I enjoy joy with a smile to asked them how much is their large drink and a lot of time if their are people in back and I just asked in my mind a drink (seriously I just go there for a drink soda) I let the people in back go in front I mean people who just order a drink should let the people who are wanted a subway sandwich should go first..seriously just one drink I think people more confused on that when they are starving on a delicious sandwich so I immediately let them go first to surprised that situation I saw a worker who worked where I worked and I let her go first and I let a man go after her and i said it with a kindness heart ...go ahead I said I just wanted a large drink ...so 2 people were getting a sandwich...I wanted to do the nice thing and the lady that worked at that subway was awesome and thank me for letting them go first I wanted to do the polite thing

I walked in at noon today and there were 4 people ahead of me. The two employees were very fast and efficient. they hopscotched perfectly to completely eliminate any down time. I regret I didn't catch the young woman's name, as she wad impressive. Brandon was a total rock star. The person ahead of me ordered 2 sandwiches, each with every veggie they had. Brandon was typing the sandwiches so quickly that I thought he was going to tie his fingers in knots, like Bugs Bunny playing the piano. Even with the wait, I was super impressed with his sense of urgency. In the middle of making up the order, Brandon suddenly glanced up at the woman and asked her, so how is your day going today? I couldn't believe it. Brandon, you're going to do just fine in life. P.S. there are bathrooms at Bel Air 30 or so yards away. Not ideal, but a totally acceptable solution. If walking 30 yards to use a restroom is your biggest problem, blessed...

This past weekend my boyfriend and I had gone to this Subway and were treated disrespectfully by the woman with the red hair. There seemed to have been a racial bias as my boyfriend and I were made to pay up front right after three girls who had ordered before us were allowed to pay AFTER their food was made. I am deeply disappointed in the lady who served us, and was very upset. My boyfriend, who is Mexican and has tattoos, was sweet and patient. And I was fuming and irritated at the treatment we got. I feel really disgusted that this is how Subway would like to treat their customers for seemingly not all having white skin. We were perfectly capable of paying for our food, but apparently the red head did not think so. The girls in front of us were white and I am too, but I guess since I associate with someone who has a different skin color we're made to pay up front and get attitude? That's...
