Let me start off by saying that the quality is CHEAP. I swear this place uses $50 kits just to charge people $150-$200 just to get the screen fixed. I usually come to this place all the time to get my screen fixed but now I will not return as I notice the quality got worse. I brought my iPhone 11 in to get my screen fixed about a month ago, I even bought a screen protector and my phone was on the charger and it lightly drops and boom my LCD messes up, mind you my screen was not even cracked one bit, the screen just starts changing colors. Like HOW. I called in and asked to accommodate but he told me “they aren’t in charge of any damages that happen after” then I brush it off and go get my screen fixed again, lightly dropped it today and it CRACKS! Literally lasted for one day. Please save your time and money. I don’t care if they aren’t in charge of the damages. At least use good quality products for the price that we pay for. $400...

I went to get my macbook screen replaced and he charged over $400 for a screen without an Apple logo on it and decided not to tell me until we picked it up. He claimed it’d be an added $200 for the logo. Not even two weeks go by and the screen cracked again! Within the first week the screen started splitting near the top to which I’d just push back in hoping to toughen it out. Then it cracked! Nothing I did could have caused the splitting nor the cracking. The camera quality was also horrible compared to the original screen. When I called him he was very rude and unhelpful. Save your money and just go to Apple.

update despite his reply to my review, it doesn’t explain the seperation of the screen less than a week of having it! nor does it explain that the camera quality is awful! he buys cheap parts and makes you sign something so that you pay him a load of money and when it breaks they’re not...

Gotten my screen replaced here before and my battery replaced just today. I’ve been a patron at shops where the people really go above and beyond. This isn’t that, but he does exactly what he says he does and ridiculously quickly (Often you can just sit inside briefly, he’ll hand the phone back, and charge you after letting you check your device over a few minutes later). Prices are a tiny bit higher compared to other places, but still very reasonable, and the convenience is hard to beat. If you need a phone repair within the hour, this is your guy. If your problem with other shops is scheduling an appointment, dropping it off when it comes, then waiting a day or two… that will not be an issue here.
