If your goal is to find the worst Taco Bell in the PNW, you have found it! We went through the drive thru at 2am this morning and was definitely not greeted with any sort of enthusiasm. It was more like "wtf do you want?" My order is not complicated, however, most humans cannot comprehend adding beans to a crunchy taco Supreme does not mean take off the meat. Math is not their strong suit. The bar is in hell and not many can rise above. The young man asked if i wanted it vegetarian and i said no multiple times, keep the meat on and just add beans, please. My friend ordered a Dr Pepper with their meal. We finished ordering and went around to pay/finish the transaction. Again, we were greeted much like the intercom interaction. The lack luster grunts were a nice touch. I get it, its 2am on a Saturday night and you are at work hating life. Do not take it out on the drive thru customers. We paid and were handed what looked like a ginger ale and was most definitely not looking like a dr pepper with a proper ratio of syrup to carbonated water. I told the young man that I'm solidly sure the syrup was going out. He begrudgingly took the drink back and went somewhere to hopefully superman punch the next box o syrup. Another young guy with the same sort of attitude took his place and handed over our bags of food. We waited for the replacement of the beverage and the young man threw his hands up and said thats it... I said no, we dont have our drink. He proceeded to hand us the same under syruped drink. I told him that the syrup is going out and he was visibly frustrated with that as well. Gasping and grunting continued. Im so sorry we would like a proper soda with our meals that we are paying for. I hate to inconvenience you, my guy. At this point i was just over the whole scenario and asked to just get a pepsi instead. He quickly made that happen and we left. Now to the math not mathing, as i figured, my tacos were sans meat. All 4 of them. They were poorly thrown together and filled with mostly sour cream. The 2nd bite made my rage elevate to an unknown point as the glop of beans and sour cream hit my lap. My hands were COVERED in sour cream. I went through all 5 napkins that were haphazardly thrown into the bag. This is one reason i have a whole roll of paper towels in my vehicle. The other items in the bag were also smothered in sour cream. Was there an accident related to the sour cream caulking gun? The world may never know. Now i must wash my hoodie that has crusted beans down the front of it. Thank you for providing the worst experience I have ever had at a...
Read moreI worked here until recently, The food here isn’t as fresh as they want you to believe, it’s all sitting in metal containers all day, the beef you eat, can be on the line for over an hour, exposed to the air, and whatever else people clumsily drop in there(other meats), the lettuce I’ve seen one bucket last for almost my entire shift, still being used when I left(about 6 hours), that’s the same with all the cold ingredients, the jalapeños WILL stay on the line from open to close. IT’S DISGUSTING! Worst of all is the people here, they used to be friendly, but then those friendly, good workers got replaced and fired, because the new manager wanted it to get faster(p.s. it’s didn’t, and it’s also a buzzkill when you want to make sure everything is okay for the customer), they won’t pickup the phone, all they care about is their times and upselling, so much to the point that our newer employees got nervous about doing drive and having the manager constantly tell them through the headset to ask for EVERY SINGLE ITEM upsell. But most of all, the people that work there are extremely rude, discriminatory, and borderline racist, I say that because almost daily one of my coworkers would call me white boy, cracker, and always get my name wrong only saying basic white boy names(I.e Michael, chad, Jason, etc). I had asked to double check what went on a burrito since I wasn’t on line all the time, she replied with “omg are you stupid” no i’m not stupid, just making sure the customers getting the right order, she then turned to a crowd around her and started speaking Spanish, I didn’t care, but then she said my name and called me stupid, her posse all laughed. Before I left, I asked to speak to her, she never got back to me, she didn’t even say a word when she saw me coming in when I had said I would to talk to her. She had one of my coworkers take my order, and he didn’t say a single word, even to a question I had asked about the menu. Stay away from this place if you’re looking for a job, it’s not a good experience. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the rgm or the franchise owner, but...
Read moreEmployees don't always put the customers first... They forget drinks sometimes also. If they would quit taking so much with each other, they could concentrate on there orders a lot better!! They don't work together so well here, as other places in my opinion. Sometimes when you go inside to order or pick up the order they can see you at the counter, but they won't acknowledge you there none of them will sometimes... So you have to get their attention from talking to each other. I grew up in my grandmother's Mexican restaurant "LaPosada" One of the first in Auburn as well as "Mazalon" and my mother & uncle owed LaPosada-2 in Seattle in the Tropicana Hotel Building and my cousin & Auntie owned Casa Megal's in Redmond. If I had employees like this taco bell I would clean house and fire half of them, and try to get a better team working to keep customers FIRST and chit chat after work on their own time!! Also it would be wonderful to have a better pick up system for called ahead orders like Door Dash and others to not be punished and have to wait behind 4 other cars just starting their orders and having to wait for them to cook and put together!!! Why my orders are called in, and ready to pick up.... and still I have to wait behind 4 other cars who all haven't ordered and food isn't ready!!! Not fair to me trying to earn money to pay bills with, or my customer to not get hot food!!! Door Dash brings in A Lot of Money to be treated like this!!! We shouldn't have to wait!! Or why bother to call it in at all!!??? Need to have a better system then you have now to put called in orders first in line for calling in advance!! Figure out a way!! At Disney Land when you buy a fast pass they don't leave you in the same line as everybody else.... they have a separate line for fast pass people and they always get on the rides first!! So you need to fix your fast pass call in orders for Door Dash and others!!! Figure it out Make them first like they should be!! That's big money!!! Thanks, Ronna with...
