Worst experience I have ever had! Absolutely no resemblance of customer service. The ability to trade in boats for credit was what had allured me. However, Guy gave me multiple excuses, placed blame on multiple other places/individuals, ordered my boat late, when it did come he ordered the wrong one, tried to refuse to order the correct one... Fast forward 2 months of me having to call in, since they never actually would call me with any communication, I had to call the raft company directly. The raft company was great and will continue to have my business. I will not be doing any further business at Sierra outdoor center however,

If you need to trade in a boat for the convenience, and he has what you want in stock, and never want to warranty something if it has a structural fault, then by all means go here.

He will give advice to raft guides, usually has dynamic employees that will take you down different sections of the American river and other rivers. Expert snow ski employees.
