Save yourself time and energy and go elsewhere. Have never had worse customer service in my life. We ended up at this location because our sofa broke and it was right near Christmas. They were the ONLY place we could get a delivery in 2 days. Based on how the employees act Im not sure we are the normal clientele. Do not deal with the manager Kim Singleton. She lies. When I say she lies, she lies about: payments due date, payment amounts, coming to your home and taking your furniture, makes (empty threats) regarding your home & family. All of these I can back up with screenshots and will be reported to the BBB. If you must deal with them, don't bother dealing with staff and the store. Just log into your account to figure things out. Oh and to quote Kim Singleton: she was sending out someone to pick up our furniture and close my account Saturday, August 17. I used to have a good experience there Until recently. This store now sends people to houses trying to intimidate and harass them. I have a payoff of $160 and two men are pounding on my door for about 40 minutes while I’m not home. My daughter is home with a babysitter. They always get their money. I have bought many things from rent a center and not just at this store. I called the store and told them to have them leave because they’re scaring my child and babysitter with the pounding on my door and two grown men outside. But that didn’t stop them. The intimidation is absolutely insane. Pounding on the door over a tire purchase. Do they think the tires are inside my house? I have bought a refrigerator, two TVs, two sets of washer and dryer, a stove, two sets of tires, and iPad and I’ve always paid. Sometimes things get a little rough and I might be behind but they always get paid! They’ve made so much money from me but this will be it. This is how the Audubon store will treat you. My first time going to Rent A Center Audubon I had the pleasure of being assisted by Loren. She was very professional, warm hearted, relatable, & a great salesman. On that day I knew that I made a good choice purchasing a couch from Rent A Center. The day of the delivery Eddie Cruz delivered & put my couch together. On the way out he noticed that my door was broke & insisted that he would fix it. I tried to tip him & he would not take it. My door was as good as new! Later that Day, I noticed that my couch had a few scrapes & marks on it.. I called the store & spoke with Leyda. I was furious that my couch didn't look brand new & even though I spoke to her with an attitude. The whole time she spoke to me very professionally & made sure I was a happy customer.
