This place is THE WORST!!!!!! They sell you broken items, then refuse to give your money back. We bought an electronic cat, brought it home, and it was broken. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought it back to the store to exchange for something else. We brought that home, and it was also broken!! We were back in the store ONCE AGAIN the next day. I wanted my money back this time because I wasn't coming back another time to exchange another broken toy. They refused to give me my money back for something that was broken when we got it. I feel sick for my little 6 year old, who was using her own birthday money. This place is a fraud. The lady working there appeared to call the "owner," who refused to give us a refund while we were there. I was in there going back and forth for almost 20 minutes. Don’t shop here! I make it a point to support small businesses, ESPECIALLY when they’re owned by Hispanics (im Hispanic) but stores like this is why I always second guess. I went on THURSDAY to purchase a gift for my friends daughter. I called yesterday (Fri) to ask the return policy. The lady who answered the phone said I had 7 days to RETURN the toys. I drove 30 mins to come today (Saturday) to return $20 worth of toys only to be rudely turned away because “they don’t do returns” - “only exchanges” - this policy isn’t stated ANYWHERE in the store, on the receipt and the lady who picked up the phone when I called didn’t say anything about no returns . I would’ve saved me a drive instead of coming all the way here for nothing. If you’re gonna have a policy like that it should stated at checkout so we know and agree before buying something we may not need after all. Im so disappointed in the customer service here. Went up there with my kid on her birthday . Got there at 12:30 and it says they open at 12pm . Put my daughter down and what do I find a locked door ! She got all excited to go in but she couldn’t . Tried calling them to see if they were there and it said this number is suspended try again later. What business don’t open on time and has a suspended phone number. Was excited to bring my daughter to one of the only toy stores in the area but I will never be coming back ! Lost a customer before I even entered the store really good job guys ! I’ve read the other reviews since I left the store and this is a normal thing ! How can you have a business and open late and leave early! And have a disconnected phone that’s suspended!
