I had my daughter’s photoshoot done with Enchanted Fairies in the first week of December. While the pictures initially looked beautiful in the previews, the overall experience was absolutely not worth it. They heavily play on your love and emotions as a parent, making it a very high-pressure experience. During the zoom call to review your images, you’re forced to make an immediate decision on purchasing a package. There is no time to think it over, and the sales tactics feel pushy and manipulative.

What’s even more shocking is that digital images are not included — they charge $500 for a single digital image, which is simply outrageous. After purchasing a package, I reached out within 24 hours to cancel due to a financial emergency, only to be told that there is no cancellation policy. Most professional services offer at least some grace period, but not here. They also use a third-party lender for payments, and once you’re locked in, there’s no flexibility, even in the case of financial hardship. On top of all this, they told me it could take 6–8 weeks just to receive the final book.

Honestly, even wedding photographers don’t charge these kinds of prices — this entire experience feels like a scam. Avoid this place. There are plenty of talented photographers who offer better quality, better service, and far more...

If I could give negative stars I would! I previously wrote a review just a couple weeks ago and after waiting just to speak with their so called Client Relations team to discuss my concerns with the payment plan, they fail to cancel and/or change ANYTHING (even in 24hr time period). Enchanted fairies does a very good job of luring people from all backgrounds to go to their photoshoots and after seeing the lovely pictures you decide maybe it’s not a bad idea, PLEASE think again. They claim as soon as you agree with purchasing the products you are unable to cancel even after pushing their VERY high priced package deals in the SAME day. There’s no way after calling them just a couple hours away in deciding on a package you shouldn’t be able to cancel. Knowing people can’t afford what they offer due to the options of payment plans that are still extensive, they will not accept! It’s their plan to screw over people with limited financial means whether you have it or not, they will not stop processing once you’ve signed your soul and that’s genuinely what it feels like. Their very own third party payment plan company SweetPay allows 24hr cancellations. Don’t let them scam you too. I will continue to push this and hope this review helps change your mind! Stick with a regular photographer if you have one, even try the malls...

I will start off by saying our photographer was lovely, very good with my grand daughter and extremely low key ( no high pressure sales conversation before or after) so our experience was wonderful and we left the studio happy and excited to view the result 1 week later.

Our next experience over zoom was just as nice, the sales person was so sweet again no pressure and was very thorough in showing the entire photo shoot being so patient as we went back and forth Choosing our favorite pictures and out of the 15 or 20 they were only two knows the rest for all yeses. We are prepared to buy the 40 inch framed photo and the book as those were our main interest for purchasing as gift to our daughter and a keepsake for my grand daughter in years to come.

The disappointment came when our sales person presented us with the package price… to say we were shocked is putting it mildly ~
