I’m completely shocked! I purchased a 90 gram 14k gold chain from this place and unfortunately after I had already purchased the chain I started to compare prices. Come to find out I end up paying $17 PER GRAM more than what other places were charging. Now, that might not seem like that much but after doing some simple math (17x90) I was over charged $1530!! They charged me $69 per gram when the average price was $52 per gram. On multiple websites. Many many many different websites. I think the employees are making their own prices up to make their own commission. 3 months later I needed my bracelet repaired. I was curious, so I went back to see if the scamming was still going on. They quoted me $100 for the repair so I walked next door and LONG BEHOLD $8 for the repair!! Wow! Just stay away....

I had a name plate picked out with a sample size and weight we agreed to price size and weight but when I picked it up it was undersized weight was less but price was the same. I tried talking to them nicely about it but they took my kindness for weakness and told me it is what it is and if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else and would not refund me my payment so I basically had to pay for my daughters gift that was wrong or pay more for us to agree again and would have to wait another week to finally see if they could get it right. No help or sympathy at all. I’m not coming to this place or recommending to anyone. Once they have ur money your locked in to what they give you. Must say they have great customer service I felt so welcomed my fiancee and I went looking for my engagement ring and they took there time to show me and actually the ring that she showed me was actually the ring that I got proposed with It was such a great feeling to have gone there I will be back to look for my wedding bands 😊 prior to going to them I went to another place and I felt rushed and didn't even acknowledge that I was there.
