I placed an order for a cake and was very upset I asked for a ROUND tres leches with strawberries and a unique design and got the opposite. I didn’t need the cake until Saturday and instead of calling me during the week to let me know they couldn’t make it how I wanted it they made it how they wanted it and waited till I picked up the cake to let me know. I have so many bakeries by my house but will drive a little further and past all of them just to get to La Central! They have the best service and most delicious, fresh baked bread. I’m never disappointed. Their prices are also great! Sometimes, the sweet lady even throws in a couple pieces of extra bread on the house! Failed to make my order for an event for the SECOND TIME and I checked days before and PREPAID BOTH times. Looked at me like I had three heads at time of pick up and knew nothing about the order(s).

First time I prepaid for 100 concha’s for teachers at our daughters school.

Gave second chance and left us without bread for a 60 person party - and I had confirmed 3 days before and found out 2 hours before the party.

Good bread but go somewhere else....
