I will never go back to this store. Went here with my friend today to look at shirts for a music festival and i was looking at an off the shoulder shirt and took a sleeve off the hanger to get a better idea of the shape of the shirt and the woman snatched the shirt out of my hand and started yelling at me and accusing me of stealing when that was not even my intention. She then wouldnt let me give her my story or explain myself. I work in retail and if we were to even accuse someone of stealing, let alone yell at them and not let them get a word in, we would be in big trouble with the company. There are ways to handle these situations like constantly asking them if they need any help and usually (in the past) if they are guilty of any theft, they'll eventually they drop the items. I get she was trying to prevent any theft but i genuinely wasnt even considering it and i even told my friend how cheap the shirt was and how i will totally buy it. I've never been so offended and embarrassed in a store and i did not buy the shirt and i will never go back. I hope the woman working there and/or the owners of the company sees this because this was completely unacceptable customer service and i will definitely share this experience...

I usually love this store and have bought many things from the Spring Hill Mall location but I will never go back here again. I went there this past weekend with my sister and we were accused of trying to steal things. The insane person there was rambling on about how she's great at seeing when people are using messages or code or something to tell the other person when an employee is nearby or something..? I really don't know; she sounded insane. My sister and I have never stolen anything before and the idea never crossed our minds. While we were there this lady was following us everywhere breathing down our necks and watching our every move. If you go here with a friend I guess don't talk to each other because she'll think you're conspiring to steal things or something? Never been treated so poorly at a store before. If you read this, Funky Breeze Insane Lady, go ahead and look at your security cameras and you'll see that we were seriously just shopping. Don't bother trying to respond to this because you'll just either prove my point or look like a moron. Will...

hi pooja! love this store very much it is always my first store i got to when i go to the mall. love the incense brand you carry! but i do think there could be a bit more variety. ive never purchased any clothing so im not sure about the quality and wear but i have had my eye on a Grateful Dead backpack and it looks like to be made out of high quality material! i have bought multiple accessories from here such as my evil eye and clear quartz beaded bracelet that i bought today which is very pretty and a few silver rings which are kept in a clear box on the front counter that havent started to rust :) I love the variety in healing crystals you carry and i apricate it very much that you dont touch them, only downside is that i have gotten charge extra depending on the size of the crystal which is a bit silly since the sizes dont vary much 😅 love this store will come...
