So I'm not the type to write a bad review, but my experience today at this store was just not good at all. I was excited to come to this store because my friend recently had a birthday party and her friends got her bts gifts from this store so I thought I'd check it out too. So I went in and eventually decided that I wanted to get a bts wallet, and I realized that there was a price on the wallet that said $9.99 and one that said $14.99. Granted the other wallets were $14.99 but I thought maybe something was wrong with this one so maybe that's why it had the $9.99 price on it. When I got to register, the teenage employee tells me that the price is wrong and rips off the $9.99 sticker, telling me all the wallets are $14.99, now that wouldn't have been a huge deal, but after my mom calmly talks to him about how they should honor the price (its only a $5 difference), a random girl walks up with another bts wallet marked $14.99. My mom proceeded to tell her how rude that was since she had nothing to do with the conversation, and the girl shrugged and said she worked there. So overall my experience here was NOT okay. And I have manager and customer service experience and I know that if something is marked wrong you can honor the price, and the boy at register told me he couldn't change it. There was also a guy standing next to him that didn't say anything, and we came in today around 6/6:30pm. No one greeted us and they were just minding their own business. If this were handled professionally I wouldn't have cared and I would've bought the wallet, but they were so unprofessional and I rarely see anything like that. Management seriously needs to talk to their staff because they're rude and unprofessional for no reason, and I'm not even a sensitive person.    Read moreA store full of awesome looking dbz stuff at first glance, but itâs all just a mere illusion of cool Japanese products that are made in China. So, the one star rating is for my personal experience in the store. I was amazed by many of the awesome dbz products they had and ended up picking up what I thought was a rare âIchiban Kuji broly statueâ. I got home and already had many suspicions once I saw the box in good lightning; first of all, the box was missing an essential piece of branding of an official âDragon ball Zâ product which was the âToei animationâ sticker (official license of all dragon ball products, looks like a small golden or sometimes silver colored sticker with a cat on it) and the lack of the sticker immediately had me worried. I proceeded to open the product, and it didnât take long for me to realize that the product had second hand packaging (bootleg) with this low quality yellow tape and cheap print on the cardboard box. As I opened the statue my suspicions were correct, it was a cheap knockoff of what would be a rather expensive and rare statue. Instantly found my receipt and drove back to return the product; one thing to note, keep your receipts because this store does not accept returns without one. Long story short, I got my money back and realized the whole store is filled with cheap Chinese Japanese product knockoffs aka BOOTLEGED products. There were some authentic products, but many were fake such as the banpresto line of DBZ statues which are all sold as open box items in shady clear bags.

   Read moreI went into this Too Cool the other day and saw 3 of the staff being mistreated by a few customers. They were trying to calmly explain the issue to the customers who wouldn't listen to their explanation. Mall retailers have very strict pricing they need to follow and can be reprimanded or even written up for changing prices for a mis-sticker or a customers switching the sticker prices. As a manager at a normal retail store I could slightly understand why there was confusion on the customers end. However, being manager at another retailer I understand the struggle to enforce policy with customers without them being upset. These employees did an amazing job enforcing their store policy in a polite and professional manner and then proceeded to continue to help and assist all the other customers that were in the store at the time of the incident. The lovely woman I talked with and the two gentlemen who were working answered all my questions about some of the model building kits and some of the other figures in the store.
