Realized I have not updated/corrected my 1st review done yrs ago and have to admit this branch has gone a long way and it's all good.

From my original 2-stars, I can honestly say I am upping my rating to a little lower than a 5 but higher than a 4.

First, in the many times I have returned in the past years, the staff have really made a turnaround in terms of Customer Service. Surprisingly, in the many instances I have needed staff help, the younger staff were outstandingly helpful AND had great attitudes responding to a customer like me. (Mea culpa, I need to get staff names to give them proper credit for their great job. I will add an addendum to this review as soon as I do so.)

Products are in great variety. One thing I can't really decide as being a 👍 or a 👎, is the quick and very fast product/s turnover. For example, it is ending June/early July and Fall/Thanksgiving is the product focus now. Believe me, as a homemaker, I love it that I get to look forward to the season and prepare early. However, by Aug., I may have missed out on some great fall/thanksgiving items already.

Still, I am appreciative of the positive changes.

Original Review: (about 2018-2019?) Nice store but store staff "buyers/purchasers" MUST understand and realize to ALWAYS remember and prioritize stocking and have availability of anything related to state's colors preferences. In our case, anything orange (Broncos), purple (Rockies), etc.. Went to get orange styrofoam balls only to find the whole orange theme (and the navy blue) has been phased out from the color-theme aisle where it used to be. Lack of sales/marketing knowledge. Some staff need retraining in customer service/politeness but knowing WHO to AVOID asking helps. Nice store does NOT make it good, customer shopping experience does and employee attitude is a big...

Their old outdated system makes check-out a total nightmare especially when you buy something, a boxed model kit that is supposed to be 40% off but the cashier doesn't think it is a model kit. She asks the dark haired lady with "the tablet" if it is 40% off and the lady looks up a number and says, my tablet says its not so no, then rudely turns away quickly before I can even figure out why. The cashier is insisting it is not a model kit and an already put together product and actually said, see the picture on the box, smh, she apparently has never sold any of the model kits in the store before. My son had to open the box to show her the contents inside it to prove it was in fact a model kit. As she tried to call the lady with the tablet back over to address it, we had to wait as the lady was busy flirting with one of the male cashiers as she was bagging for him. Finally after holding up the line now they call over a manager to check and he said it was in fact on sale. Niether the cashier nor the lady with the tablet knew what was going on with the products being sold and the lady with the tablet didn't even apologize for her rudeness or the fact that their companys systems are a joke and nothing matches up. Pay attention to your purchases here and watch everything they ring up closely. Hobby Lobby may be a "Christian" based store, but their practices and their employees do not represnt Christian...

Worst store ever staff accused my wife and I of steeling and we purchased all are items when we where leaving they made a big scene and called everyone that worked in the store to the front as the cashier was standing to close to the theft alarm's with products in her hand then go and use there little wond tool to check us we show them are receipt wond doesn't go off we leave and they fallow us out of the store to are car to see what we are driving. I have a job and don't need to steel from anywhere I have money but for some reason you profile me like I'm a dirt bag and no amount of apologies will ever be good enough for the humiliation I had to endure in your store I hope management owners somebody reads this so you can revamp who you profile because I'm covered in tattoos and walk a certain way doesn't mean I'm a bad guy you just assume I'm a bad guy because of my look therefore I will never shop at hobby lobby ever again and I'll make sure to let my family and all my friends know to protest hobby lobby 100% after this incident. So because I can't give this store a 0 star rating even though it needs a zero Stars...
