Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Aurora

me and my mom came here to Baskin Robbins after a very busy day and we were hungry for ice cream. Well, I would like to tell everyone and I'm very very happy to tell you that Angel and Phoenix We're very very kind. Their customer service skills were excellent. they had smiles on their face that outstanding personalities, their customer service skills were impeccable for them to being younger as well as the maturity levels. I'm very happy doing this review and I'm very happy with how they presented Ice cream to me it definitely reflects on the quality and the professionalism of Baskin Robbins. I began to think about how in the 70s ice cream used to be fun and families would spend time out as I was here because my mother has cancer and she was so happy when she got her beautiful banana split🥰i and saw how well prepared it was. Writing a review for a Baskin Robbins is a lot like writing a review for McDonald's. Something would have to be really great or really awful to justify a review simply because expectations aren't exactly super high.

That being said, our visit to this Baskin Robbins was awesome! We were greeted by Nate, who later mentioned he's the new manager. I was super indecisive on what I wanted and he nothing but patient. He was also training a new employee who was having her first day. After stating I wanted a medium milkshake, Nate said that it comes with four scoops and that since I was indecisive, I could mix and match flavors.

What made this visit so nice was the overall positive attitude of Nate and his new employee. They answered all of our questions, sometimes multiple times, and offered samples when noticing we weren't sure of our flavors. Nate even asked if i liked my shake to be thick or not, which was awesome.

My shake was perfect and I'm looking forward to going back for...

Horrible customer service. Upon walking in I was flat out ignored and had to even ask to be served. There was hair in my ice cream, and i got a dirty look upon exit, and this wasn't my first time having a bad customer service experience. Wouldn't come here again. (P.S to the manager who replied im not said worker, ive never worked here a day in my life. And personally never would, it has happened where ive been given a scoop with hair and he had to redo it AFTER looking to see if i seen, not to mention being given a dirty spoon twice before a clean one... theyre plastic spoons why are they dirty? and as ive said before, some of your employees are rude and manage very unprofessionally. But that is what happens when you work with moody teenagers. Dont assume things about reviews over a mishap youve had with your employees. Like I said, horrible...
