I went to a different location and was treated with deception and poor customer service. I was very disappointed and almost stopped using this company to purchase all of my formal Wear. I decided to go to the Southlands location in Aurora. Bshara is one of the most helpful and customer service oriented people I've ever met at men's warehouse. After being treated unfairly at a different location, I was greeted with a smile and a kind tone. I had the experience of purchasing a few suits along with accessories and spent quite a bit of money to find out that all three pairs of pants that went with my suits had been altered incorrectly twice. I also found out that there was going to be a sale on some of the items I was purchasing a few days after I purchased them. But I was told the sale was not going to happen. I also was measured wrong for my shirts. And when I got home to put them on it unbuttoned when I swallowed before I could put my tie on. When I asked if I could exchange the shirts for the correct size I was told I could not. So I ended up repurchasing all the shirts in the correct size and spending twice the amount of money with half the shirts that I can't use. The location that had me go through this experience refused to exchange the shirts or help in any kind of way, Even a store credit or something else that would have worked. Bshara was amazing. He was able to get all of my suits altered so that they would look the way they're supposed to on me. He was able to get one of them done within the same day so that I could wear it for the following day for an event that I had coming up. He was also able to help me exchange the shirts that did not fit for something that works. I am extremely pleased with his efforts and his customer service and his attitude. He is the only reason that I will continue to use men's wearhouse, and not go to competing company. The only location I will use is where Bshara is located. If he ends up moving locations or as a manager of a different store, I will follow him to wherever he is working. I'm very pleased. I decided to give the Aurora Southlands location a shot before posting a review on another social site and no longer using this company. Bshara took care of everything that I needed done, altering the pants the same day. Exchanging the shirts for something that worked. He was fantastic and completely changed my perception and opinion of the company. I will continue to go to men's wearhouse to buy suits and other accessories through Bshara for events I have coming up, knowing that I will look good in what I'm wearing and that I was treated fairly...
Read moreI took my 15 years old son to get his 1st suit and thought that Men's Warehouse would provide expert advice. The sales let my son try on all different styles of the suit and then proceed to tell us that the jacket and pants my son likes will cost around $480 plus the alter feed (about $550 total). He suggested that the custom-made suit is only $450 plus tax, which includes the future alter fees. He keeps trying to sell my son to get a super tight fitting suit jacket that has made a big dent on the shoulder when he put it on and keeps telling my son that it shows the curve and it makes him look buff. I told the sales that I don't think the dent makes my son look buff. Instead, it's just too small. The sales ignor my comments and process the conversion only to my son. Sales only change to 1/4" bigger when I ask for 3/4". After I paid the $464.32, I noticed that there was a small poster in the store that said $399 custom-made suit. I asked the sales, and he said it's for last year's promotion price. He does not know why it's still posted in the store. After 3 weeks, we went back to get the 1st time fitting to alter the unfinished plants. The sales did it really quickly in 8 minutes. The $399 poster is still there. We picked up the finished suit the following week. The $399 poster is still there. I feel that the sales knows I got scammed and afraid that I would ask him more about the $399 price, so he just let the 3rd sales take care of our finished suit fitting in 5 minutes. There is still a dent on the shoulder, but it's a done deal. My son did some research on the internet and found that a smooth shoulder is the correct fit. We paid $464.32 to learn the lesson. I will not go back to the store to get my son's...
Read moreMy recent experience at the Southlands store was very disappointing. The manager Stacy was the most unprofessional person I've worked with in a long time. She was snippy, rude, and disrespectful. When our ordered tux for prom came with the wrong shirt and vest size, she refused to make the situation right by taking something off the rack. She would only give us a try on shirt and vest from the store, neither of which was clean, and the vest was the wrong color. She made it clear that she did not want to steam them for us to make them presentable, and told me we should be happy with what we got. When challenged on this point, she told me I was being unreasonable. However, the young adults who work at this location were fabulous and amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and did all they could do to assist us with the issues we had with my son's tuxedo for prom. They treated my son with respect and courtesy at all times. They were remarkable and professional. I appreciate all their help. As far as the quality of the product we rented, that left something to be desired. We paid $200 to rent a tuxedo and no shoes. We walked out of the store with a dirty try on shirt that did not fit properly, a vest that was also a store try on, and the wrong color, pants that would not stay up all night long, and had to continually be adjusted, a jacket that couldn't be buttoned, and button covers that could not be used with the replacement vest. While we received a full refund after speaking with corporate, the quality of the product was not at all what I was expecting from Men's Wearhouse. This was our first prom experience, and I will not be back for any future...
