I normally don't like ripping on a local business on here, but I must express my frustration with your local Austin Hy-Vee. Over a week ago I brought my pants in to be dry cleaned. I've never had a problem and they've always done well. I go to pick the pants up several days later and learn that they were given out to another person named SCHULTZ, not SCHULZ, and that person was now in F'ING New York. So, I must wait until this person gets back to get my clothes. I was informed that they were very sorry, and would contact me immediately once the pants have arrived. Days go by, several days past the time they expected them. I call today and the young person on the phone acts like it's an inconvenience, doesn't know a thing about my pants, and after keeping me on hold for 5 minutes states "Yep, they are here..." So, was anyone going to call me? Was anyone going to go out of their way to assist me in this? Or does the customer always have to take the initiative to resolve a problem in your store? Unbelievably poor level of service...

I will take responsibility of messing up and forgetting to order my sons birthday cake 24 hours in advance but the woman who answered was so sweet and nice and was able to help me get a cake order in and even said it would be done by 4 even tho I told her 5-6 which was unlike my exspirence with Walmart who pretty much just shut me down in a pretty rude way with no help or suggestion! Hyvees customer service...
