My wife and I stopped in Monday 4/15/1024 around 7:50 pm paid and sat down and after being there for 15 mins they started clearing out everything and we felt like we where being pushed out and rushed. And on top of that no body working asked if we wanted anything else and were standing around taking pictures of them selfs and one worker was even leaning up adjust the station that still had food on it and than reached around and grabbed some food and started to eat it right out in the open. And we thought we might be able to get some of the desert pizza that was up there a another work came up and put in all in a box has a different worker said with a chuckle take all the desert pizza. And there was so many dirty tables. But has all this was happening right in front of us even some of the workers would look over at us so it's not like they didn't know weren't there. Needless to say we left very unhappy with all that went on. And when my wife and I got home she did some looking at your Facebook page and seen that I guess on Mondays the store closes at 8 but she had to dig to find that. But everything else said the store was open until 9 pm and when we came in and paid nothing was said to us that the store was about to close or we would have just came back another day at a...

5pm and the selection was pork, pork, pork, pork, pork, pork, or cheese bread stick. Absent was all of their signature pizzas like the Mac&cheese, steak and onion, the only speciality pizza on Buffet when I walked in was the chicken bacon ranch. I watched the same single bbq wing sit in the pan for over 30 minutes nobody wants an old chicken wing people. The regular chicken was awesome as always they should call it chicken ranch because that's what they do right. They didn't even have the ingredients for standard menu pizzas ready for dinner serve. I've eaten at over 20 different pizza ranch locations hundreds of times this by far was my worst first impression of any pizza ranch location I've eaten at. On the up side it is hands down the cleanest location I have ever been to which in the world of buffets I believe is an important and impressive feat. The young woman attending the Buffet was constantly swapping out old and bring new food so it was not a lack of attention by the front of the house. The bussing service was some of the promptest I've ever experienced in any restaurant setting period. The only place I've eaten at that was quicker to clear the table of extra dishes I had to wear an orange suit to dine at by no means is this...

Our daughter wanted nothing more than to come have dinner here for her birthday, we arrived at 5pm… there was other people waiting in line but no one at the front attending to any of us for minutes… when we did finally have someone wait on us she was nice, and rang us up then we went to get our drinks and there were no straws.. there were others also looking for people who worked here and no one was in sight except the girl helping people at the register, so I felt bad but I had to ask her when she was free if she could grab someone to get straws, she said she would herself.. We got seated and then went to get our kids food .. there was 6 of us in total and the food was old.. quite old. About half way through out dinner there were a few fresh pizzas that come out.. thank goodness but I’m wondering if they must’ve been cleaned out before 5 because it was a ghost town in there when we arrived. We waited our whole dinner with the promise of chicken with no avail. We then decided to skip dinner and go for dessert and all that was left was this one red dessert pizza and ice cream.. of our party of 6 us 3 adults left hungry and we paid $66 as we had a $5 reward.. super disappointing for a...

We had a wonderful experience at this Pizza Ranch!! We came here because they have SPAM on the menu!! 😍 We were greeted cheerfully & warmly by Trisha Tietje Asst. General Manager. She told us about the SPAM pizza, which we ordered!! 🍕 She also delivered it to us personally!! She has an amazing since of humor & attitude!! We also want to compliment Dillon! (waiter) He paid attention to details of his job that needed to be done!! Oh, forgot to mention, the pizza was EXCELLENT❣🍕🍕
