Top Feedback: Unreliable communication from staff No email, call, or SMS tracking system for orders Rude customer service on the phone I think small orders for birthdays & anniversaries are probably fine if you must shop here, but anything related to wedding or a special events, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Overall: You're better off with choosing another local florist, one with better communication, values reliability/the customer, and as a reliable tracking/customer system.
Ali Bleu is local, which is why I decided to go with them in the first place to create my wedding bouquet. I love supporting local businesses and it was a no-brainer to go with someone locally. I saw a few great reviews so it was a no-brainer to go with them. However, my experience working with them was not positive and it has been a nightmare. Overall, I never received my wedding bouquet from them with no communication.
The Details: While they were working on my order, a winter storm occurred in Austin. For five business days I didn't hear anything from them. No call, no text message, no email. My gut was telling me I wasn't going to hear from them so I tried calling multiple times. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first few days, but then not hearing from anyone for 4 days about my order (especially a wedding bouquet!!!!) is unacceptable. In the end, I never received my wedding bouquet from them. While I am very empathetic to loss of power or the systems being down because of the weather (if that was the case), many of my other wedding services were in the EXACT situation as them. What was different is those services pulled through professionally by either communicating with me a cancellation right away and/or helping me solve my issue at hand, but Ali Bleu did not. To make matters worse, Ali Bleu claims they called me a week later after I placed my order and left a message apologizing, and I never received a call or a voicemail.
Thankfully, H-E-B Saved the Day! Thankfully, on the day of my wedding, I was able to have H-E-B create a last-minute BEAUTIFUL bouquet for me after driving by Ali Bleu and seeing they were still not open (even after the storm had passed...). I wasn't sure how a bouquet from H-E-B- was going to turn out since it was last minute and I usually like to go locally, but not only did H-E-B knock it out of the park, but they created a similar bouquet for half the price Ali Bleu would've charged me. The florist was understanding, accommodating, and super efficient. 10/10 recommend H-E-B if you're either on a budget or looking for a reliable florist.
For any other special event I have in the future, I will shop locally elsewhere from Ali Bleu. I wish them the best, and hope no other customer goes through what I went through as my experience...
Read moreI placed the order yesterday through Teleflora, and this floor is is apparently the only florist shop in the area that service for Teleflora. This florist rejected the order back to Teleflora, and they in turn, send it back to this florist stating, florist choice. Nowhere in this transaction between Teleflora and this florist did either one of them use the contact information provided to consult with the paying customer. I had a second third and even a fourth choice that I could’ve chosen, but I was not given that option. What I ordered was a full, lush sympathy arrangement that had at least 25 flowers, and lots of greenery to create a beautiful and acceptable arrangement from our company to our employee. What was left at their home was a skimpy, tall, lanky, arrangement that had only 8-9 flowers in it, along with some tall, curly stems and very little greenery. What was left at our employees home was nowhere in the stratosphere of what was ordered. I received a full refund from Teleflora, and I was able to find a florist in Kyle Texas, who could fulfill my order for a bountiful sympathy, arrangement, and have it delivered today. The reason I’m giving this florist a one-star is because they had the option to first of all, keep the customer’s original request in their forefront. Even if they did not have Gladiola, they Could have added daffodils, daisies, or any other inexpensive flower, that could created a lush bountiful, beautiful arrangement that was similar to what I ordered. Read moreToday was my daughter's 50th birthday, I called Ali Bleu and ask for a beautiful arrangement of 50 red roses even though it was short notice I needed them delivered right away!!! The lady who was helping me said no problem....she told me what kind of vase she would use and greenery and baby's breath. I said okay and her delivery person was there and said he had time to make the morning delivery...I did not call them till after 9:00 I don't live in Austin, and I was so grateful they agreed to meet my every wish. Then I ask for a picture to be sent to me,again the great costumer service, she said sure.....in a very short time I got a message.... opened it up and this awesome....beautiful birthday arrangement was on my phone more than I ask for are hoped for. Then the delivery person called me and said no one was home I ask him to please leave on porch in a safe place!!! He not only did as i ask he made sure they were very protected. My daughter gets home soon and text mama the flower arrangement is huge..... it's 50 roses!!!!! Mom it awesome, it's big it's soooo beautiful. I had tears in my eyes because she was so happy. Because of the costumer service, the kindness of everyone at Ali Bleu florist i wouldn't use anyone eles!!!!! Oh! And for the quality of my arrangement and and the last minute order the price was awesome.
