Sorry Super Bowl for cheating on you.....never again .

Hmmm.... So decided to try something new tonight for fathersday. Why not? And hey why not use grubhub. Welp double nope on that. So the picture shows what we got for $48. So first the good.... ..... cricket cricket cricket(nope nothing good). Now for the not so good. We were informed that it would an hour for delivery....WRONG. 1 Hr and 45 Minutes. And a simple sorry from the driver. STRIKE ONE! Now for the food. Not only was it cold ...it was cold and gooey and the favor was horrible. And I tried it again after a 5 minute break. And yes, my first impression was a correct one. I ate 2 pieces and thought...hmmm this is not good. Then the child comes in from her room with a full plate and says this food is gross and can't eat another bite. And this is without us telling her that ours were both bad also. ....STRIKE TWO!! Then we let grubhub know about this and we get an " we are truly sorry and next time you order with us you will have a $25 credit for you....even though you couldn't eat any of your $50 order" Huh?!?! STRIKE THREE!!! We told her that isn't good enough. So she then tells us that okay they will contact the restaurant and see about a full refund and the restaurant will call us in 5 minutes. So now we are on an hour and still nothing. STRIKE 50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the end we threw the $50 away.... Seems fair. And guessing maybe another delivery service too. And yes it all went in the trash after the...

Updated Review: The food is delicious, but they keep giving me wheat noodles when I've ordered and paid extra for rice noodles. It's happened enough that I don't want to order here anymore, even though the food is really delicious. By the time I'm home there's nothing I can do about it without driving all the way back to the restaurant, so I'm stuck with scraping off the toppings and trashing the rest. Paying $11 for a small amount of meat and veggies isn't cool. They shouldn't advertise gluten free/low gluten options if they are going to ignore the order. It's EXTREMELY frustrating to pay extra and receive food I can't eat.

Original review: The food here is really delicious overall and the service is good. I've had a couple dishes I didn't care for, and one that I paid extra to have rice noodles, but received wheat noodles. But generally the orders are correct and yummy. The portions are good sized, so it's not so expensive. There does seem to be significant variation depending on what time of day or day of the week but...

I had a horrible experience at Bamboo bistro. My husband and I went because we had heard that there were great gluten free options. When we ordered, the person taking our order was very rude and seemed bothered by the fact that I was asking about gluten free. She said "nothing is gluten free" unless they make it that way specifically. Ok... yes... that's fine, I don't care if it's originally gluten free. Anyway. When our food arrived, my dish had a thick brown sauce. I asked her if it had been made GF and she whipped the plate off my table and went back into the kitchen. At this point, it was really awkward and uncomfortable so we decided to ask for a refund and leave. The same person (seemed like she was in high school) argued with us and said she would only refund us for the one plate because we had taken a bite of the appetizer she left behind. She refused to give us her name because she was "too busy". I will not...

The pros: This place is quick They offer delivery and drive thru, as well as dine in. They have a good, varied menu Everyone in our party enjoyed what they ordered. They have gluten free and vegan options. The portions are quite large (2 full meals for me) The cons: Their food is extremely oily. They charge a $1 fee to make your dish vegan and another $1 fee to make it gluten free, making their food much less reasonably priced if you have allergies to consider. They also charge an extra $2 if you want more than a couple veggies in your dish. Their spicy edamame was literally just edamame with an excessive amount of cayenne pepper on top - so it wasn't flavorful at all, it just burned... And they charge you and extra dollar something for that.

I ordered wonton soup, crispy tofu, and kimchi fried rice. Food could have been better; soup was good. The crispy tofu was so bland that it was just tofu with zero seasoning. If you are looking for some flavorful appetizers, you should avoid this. The Kimchi fried rice was okay. The rice and veges didn't blend well; it was more oily. The kimchi is a bad choice for fried rice, kimchi flovor doesnt complement the dish. I saw big round carrots here and there in the dish. Overall, it's not a great dish. Service is good; accidentally, I dropped my purse and left, but the service person secured it and returned it to me when I came back.
