First the positives. This is a lovely trampoline park. The manager Tristan is excellent, very personable and extremely understanding of children with special needs. A very professional and impressive young man. Unfortunately we went on an occasion when he was not on shift and the very lovely, young staff have obviously not been trained in how to allow accommodations for special needs children (not their fault). My four year old twins both have autism. To make this clear to staff, parents and other children they both wear hi vis vests that state “autistic - nonverbal” on the back. We were chased around the park this morning by well meaning staff insisting one of my sons wear his socks. I explained that he has autism and wearing his socks is not possible. I was then approached by the owner who questioned why one of my sons did not have socks on. I explained (which seemed unnecessary keeping in mind the fluorescent vests they were wearing and extremely difficult because they want to be bouncing and playing but I’m having to have a conversation with the owner) she reluctantly accepted one would not be wearing his socks and told us to “have a good time”. Unfortunately our time had already been ruined by the staff chasing us around and the constant stopping of play to explain ourselves. If your business is focused on children there has to be some understand that they come in all shapes and sizes and disabilities. The staff need some very basic training. These outings are hard enough for special needs parents without having to constantly explain and be harassed. Everybody is for autism acceptance and autism awareness until they are faced with the realities of these children.

There are ups and downs to this place, lkke with every indoor play place. The good: *This place really makes the kiddos work hard and get all their crazy energy out *The kids consistently enjoy their time here *The facility is large and generally clean *There are areas to accommodate a pretty wide range of ages and abilities The bad: *They charge by the hour, making this place significantly more expensive than most of the other indoor play places we visit *They don't allow you to bring your own food, and they don't offer particularly healthy or allergy friendly options at their concession stand (read: pizza, chips, ice cream, soda, icees, etc) *It gets incredibly loud and crowded, especially on rainy days, which can be pretty overwhelming. *This facility is not very friendly to children with special needs. There are a lot of things which require waiting in lines, and the line monitors do not seem to be at all aware of/trained for assisting differently abled kiddos. *Playing here isn't exactly the safest prospect, between the trampolines and the high number of people not paying enough attention to their surroundings. All in all, I could take or leave this place, as a parent. My kids love it, though, so we visit from time to time.

Unashamedly nasty! A mediocre and unclean place to jump This place was very dirty. I arrived at 6:20. Immediately, I noticed trash all over the floor and a green puddle of spilled drink nearby. I was really taken aback. I asked a staff was this normal and did they clean up regularly. I did ask nicely. He told me that they clean at the beginning and end of the day and not throughout. I asked another worker about 30 minutes later and she essentially said they aren't trained to clean, they allow whatever trash, spills, dirt, etc. that accumulates throughout the day to stay until cleanup at close. The play areas were worn as unattended to as the rest of the building. I get these places can be cesspool of sorts but Altitude was begging to be one with the lack of attention to cleanliness. I will drive to UrbanAir moving forward. This was my first and last time here.

A visit to this trampoline park has turned into a life threatening situation with my daughter's father. I would like to warn others as to how dangerous trampolines are in general (especially the parks). This is not a review on customer service or facility cleanliness or organization - it's about safety. Just do an internet search on "Are trampolines dangerous?". My daughter's father had a severe sprain at this trampoline park and tore a ligament in his ankle within the first couple of minutes of jumping on a trampoline by himself. He did not do anything unusual such as a flip/trick. This incident resulted also in a hairline bone fracture - the bone eventually broke off completely. He has since had to undergo surgery to repair the broken bone. As a result of his surgery, he has had multiple blood clots in his ankle and some have broken off and traveled to his lungs despite being on blood thinners and being hospitalized for this. We were told by his surgeon that in his case, the blood clots are life threatening. He is continuing to develop more blood clots and we are all very worried about our family's outcome. We did not know how dangerous trampolines can be until doing homework after this incident. We found out that injuries often happen at these parks.. We also know of a family who has a little boy who broke both of his legs at Altitude. IPlease ask yourself if the risk is...

The Good is that this place provides exactly what you'd expect: Trampolines for kids to jump. The Bad is that it is executed worse than other similar establishments. Minor complaints: They don't really monitor their music playlist; while there, they started playing G Eazy's "Me Myself and I" unedited version, which has a hard "F" word in it. Another minor issue is that they don't have a system to check the children to the adults they come with; something that is standard at other places like this, loike Chuck E Cheese or Catch Air. They are more worried about giving you a wrist band to make sure you don't go over the time limit that you paid for. Also, this is one of those places that hires 15-year-olds as their staff, so you know what kind of service you'll get from that. The biggest issue here is cost. For about 2 hours of "play time" you'll end up paying $20. And they require you to use their socks, which have grip rubber on the soles, but they don't include that in the cost. It's like if you went Bungee Jumping, but you have to pay for the bungee cords. So, a $25 cost for 2 hours of play. If you don't care about any of these minor complaints, it's a nice place to take the kids and wear themselves out, so you can come home and have a nice glass of wine. 3 stars (at the lack of half stars, which otherwise would...
