Edit: I ALWAYS speak from experience. Perhaps I assumed she did it over the mask but you assumed I was rude and attacked me! âI only do it if you do it firstâ should stay on the elementary school playground. If she doesnât have a problem with a mask, not hearing someone wearing one should be handled with grace not petty passive aggression. I am shocked by this immature and blameful stance you automatically took over something we ought to have agreed on. Another note: I did bring this up in the moment and her rudeness intensified. I updated my previously GLOWING review to this review while sitting in the car in front of the food truck. You can read the original below. You dragged me through the mud OVER A YEAR LATER when Reddit posts suggest your business is sufferingâlikely due to repeated interactions like mine and the aggressive and irrational responses from the owner. You can literally read her response below and see how toxic she is. I really loved the concept of this place but Iâll be glad when itâs not in my Google maps âcoffeeâ searches anymore if thatâs the direction sheâs determined to push it.
Changed my review to 2 stars from 5 because I was treated poorly for wearing a mask during the current wildfire air quality issues. You can ALWAYS politely tell your customers that you canât hear them. Based on what she said it sounded like she could tell I was speaking but ignored me instead of asking what it was until I got frustrated with her. Itâs completely inappropriate to ignore people and then to treat them rudely when they get upset over poor customer service all because theyâre protecting their health. I thought we were past harassing people because of the pandemic politicization of my personal health choices. Original review: Very good americano, I like that they use sustainable packaging too. Havenât tried any cbd items yet but they have a good selection of cbd, delta 8,...
Read moreTo all my coffee lovers and those who support mental awareness and animal welfare!
Today, I decided to switch up my usual coffee routine. Instead of heading to Dunkin, I stopped by RADIX Coffee Shop, a local spot I hadnât tried before but always wanted to. As a coffee lover, Iâm constantly searching for the perfect cupâand RADIX did not disappoint. Their coffee is exceptional, but what truly sets them apart is their commitment to supporting causes that hit close to home for many of us. Including myself!
At their order window, I noticed a sign detailing their mission to support important causes like PTSD, mental health awareness, and suicide prevention. These are issues I care deeply about and have personal experience with. RADIX is doing its part to bring awareness and actively contribute to helping those in need. This level of community involvement is rare, and I knew I had to support them.
Hereâs what sealed the deal for me: RADIX is in the process of launching a program to make service dogs and emotional support animals more accessible and affordable for those in need. As a dog lover, I know how much of a difference a loyal companion can make, especially one that serves such an essential role in someoneâs life. The cost of acquiring a service animal can be overwhelming, and RADIX is working to change that.
Supporting a cause like mental health is critical. Itâs something too often misunderstood or overlooked. Feeling isolated or struggling mentally can have devastating effects, and places like RADIX are making a difference by fostering community and awareness.
So, if you're a coffee enthusiast or an animal loverâor better yet, bothâvisit RADIX. Their coffee is incredible, and the team there is so down-to-earth and passionate about their mission.
Stop by, grab a cup, and chat with them. Youâll be supporting a great cause while enjoying some of the best...
Read moreUPDATED I stopped by 10 minutes before closing because my gf wanted to redeem a birthday coupon. Despite making eye contact with staff and attempting to ask if they were still open, they didnât acknowledge me. Their window was closed and they were talking/laughing amongst themselves. A couple before me had the same issue and left embarrassed. I understand they were likely busy with closing tasks, but a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated, even if they were done serving for the day. Normally I rave about this place, so this was disappointing. I hope it was just an off day, as I know the owner wouldnât be okay with this level of service.
Response to Response:
Ah, the mysteries of window tint and the darkness beyond! I appreciate the invitation to come experience the magical invisibility cloak that seems to descend on your windows. However, the issue wasnât about being unable to see me; it was about communicationâbells or no bells.
I understand things get busy, but even if you couldnât see me, it would have been nice if someone took a moment to check or simply listen out for customers waiting. That square peephole you mentioned couldâve done wonders!
Itâs great that your staff are long-standing members, but even the best teams sometimes need a little reminder to check in with their surroundings. As for the video evidenceâtrust me, I wasnât trying to make an unscheduled cameo.
That said, Iâll consider your invitation, and when I do stop by, Iâll be sure to ring all the bells, knock on the glass, and maybe even bring a flare, just in case!
All jokes aside, this is simply constructive criticism. Seeing how youâve responded to other reviews that werenât to your liking, I encourage you to take this as a teaching moment for your team, rather than a...
