I placed an order on Friday of last week to have some flowers delivered to my daughter who has really helped us out during this pandemic. My husband lost his job because of the Covid 19 virus and we have been going thru some difficult times.I wanted to say "Thank you." I went to the website and found an arrangement that would be to her liking with lots of pink flowers. I called and ordered an arrangement (B55) with an upgrade. I paid $15 more to have them upgrade the arrangement. I also requested a pink vase, a helium balloon and 2 latex balloons. When I put in the original order the woman I spoke to stated that the had no "Thank you" balloons and no pink latex balloons. So she offered me a "You are special" balloon and red latex balloons in which I agreed to. The 1st arrangement that was delivered had two helium balloons (one was a "smiley face" balloon which I specifically told her not to send), no pink vase, and the incorrect flower arrangement. I was very specific with my order because of the colors that she likes, but somehow it all came out wrong. The 1st pic is what I ordered off the website, but when they arrived at my daughters office the 2nd pic is what was delivered. Only one helium balloon was right. Needless to say this florist had some good reviews that is why I picked it. I called them to fix their mistake and they said they needed pics of what was wrong. So I sent them the pics. Then the woman who helped me said her manager would have to pick up the wrong arrangement and send another one. They could of just left her with the arrangement and gave her the new one too, but they wanted it all back. The second arrangement was not much better and still did not look like what the manager and I spoke about. It was very small nothing like the pic and definitely not what I ordered. I had my daughter take pics. I was very disappointed and unhappy with the managers response when I called back about the second arrangement. He said it was a better arrangement than the one I ordered and that he had done it himself. You can definitely see what is wrong in the pics. I will never order from them again. Sadly on top of it all the flowers were starting to wilt 2 days later. Definitely not worth $100.00. DON'T WASTE...

She went into labor and I was scrambling to get her flowers (with modifications) as well as some sushi (her fave) since she hasn't had it since before her pregnancy. I went through Teleflora (bad idea) don't use them go directly to the flower shop they wouldn't even give me the number to the florist who accepted my order. I had to call them all myself. Well it was also icy out that day so a lot of shops were closed all together. Then I called Charlottes Fiesta and Abriana answers the phone and I explain to her how I need a sunflower added, no carnations for subs, and PLEASE can you stop and get sushi for the arrangement. She was so accommodating that I thought this is to good to be true. Well Abriana followed up the next day and she did everything I asked but MOST importantly she was kind the entire time. And I know my sister will be very happy as well. That being said don't get ripped off going through Teleflora go directly to the florist. Charlottes Fiesta Flowers gets a 5 in my rating and 5s are near impossible but Abriana did something that most people would had said no to Thank You Abriana , Ownership you have someone working for you that's difficult to come by please give her the compensation that she deserves she really went above and beyond for a stranger calling on the phone with bizarre requests and she did it all with a very friendly positive...

She wanted it to be a surprise but when I didn’t mention I received anything she asked me. She then called and they said they would deliver another one. So this time I saw someone show up took a picture of the address at my house then come and ring the doorbell. I got the small basket and took a picture and sent it to her to let her know I received it. So then informed me that is not what the picture looked like that she ordered. She then showed me a picture of what she ordered. A bigger basket which should have beet at least 3 different flowers and be 12 inches by 12 1/2 inches. What I received was a six inch basket where the deletions were 8 inches by 9 inches. With a few dead flowers on it and a dead leaf .When I found out she paid $70 for this I was so upset.
